The level of protection provided depends on your body chemistry. Also, changes in diet, activity levels or stress may affect the performance of the product. We do fill our canisters by weight and not by volume so that you receive the exact amount we advertise on our packages. We have strict controls to check the quality of our products throughout the manufacturing process, so that they should reach you in the best possible condition. Be assured we're sharing your comments with the rest of our Secret Team. If you were not aware already, in the beauty care industry, we use two specific terms to help consumers find the right products to use -- unscented and fragrance-free. Unscented products may contain a light scent to mask the natural odor of the ingredients in the formula. These ingredients do not have a pleasant smell, which is why it's necessary to add a very small amount of light fragrance to make the product more enjoyable to use. While fragrance-free products do not contain any added fragrance.

It may help to know that it can take 20+* complete turns of the dial to get product to dispense the first time (after initial dispensing, you will only need 2 to 3 turns). Also instead of putting thumb on one side and forefinger on the other side of the dial, tightly pinch only one side of the dial and try rotating slightly. I hope this information helps.
