I have tried both the sugar free and low sugar varieties and definitely prefer the low sugar. I prefer taking the low sugar gummies over a large horse size pill like my previous multi-vitamin. I do not like the sugar free formula because have an odor and an after taste that is unpleasant. The amount of gummies are not consistent. I have had as little as 6 and as many as 10 in various packs. There are supposed to be 8 in each individual bag.
