We LOVE ❤️ this TV. It was worth every penny to have art that we can change daily. The quality of the tv and the art is superb. Super easy to use and maneuver through. We get compliments on the tv all the time. If you prioritize aesthetics, what are you waiting for. Buy it! You won’t regret it.

It was able to walk me through all the set up steps through my phone, connect to my home network AND pullup all my apps and services (including music). I am so freaking happy to say the least. Once set up, my family and I started playing around with everything. The picture quality is crisp, vivid and automatically adjusts to the surrounding environment, which is really neat. The sound is clear and sharp. An awesome bonus is they have standard artwork to display when not watching TV. But the real awesome thing is you can have your own photos shuffling through while in standby or listening to music. All in all this is a superb device and an upgrade. Easy easy, even for me!!!

We have pictures that we can easily upload through the SmartThings app. We can have it rotate artwork or just keep one. I can also upload pictures from my phone. The artwork looks like it’s actual copy of the work, if you didn’t know it was a tv you’d think it was real! It’s so bright and amazing quality. The app is great and so easy to use. It makes life easy since our remotes like to walk away or hide in the couch, we can still access and control everything. The only thing I didn’t love is that it has a one box that it uses for its power instead of a normal cord. If you have the tv on a table it easily fits behind it. But because we have it mounted on the wall, it’s currently sitting on the mantle with a thin wire hanging from the tv. I wish it was made more aware (I could have missed it)- they don’t show it in pictures and couldn’t find it in display anywhere. We’ll order a brace to put behind the tv to hold it all, but if i realized it was like this ahead of time we would have out a cut in behind the tv. Still love it and would definitely buy it again. The app is great and you can do everything from it- change the matting of the artwork, change the filters, etc. I included a video of using the app to edit the artwork with the picture- before and after changing the format.

The "Art Mode" transforms the TV into a lifelike piece of art when not in use. I was also incredibly impressed by the separated One Connect Box, which keeps all the cables neatly organized away from the TV, resulting in a wonderfully clean setup. However, the software experience leaves much to be desired. It feels sluggish, constantly loading elements, and frustratingly insists on re-optimizing image quality every time a new HDMI device is plugged in, instead of processing these adjustments in the background and applying them seamlessly. The software is slow and design is bad, things like choosing and HDMI port takes dozens of clicks. The remote control isn't intuitive, with the "power off" and "Art Mode" functions confusingly mapped to the same button.

It’s so thin and looks just like a painting on the wall. It has the best picture I’ve ever seen, is super easy to use, and treats us to amazing art work when we are not watching a show. Trust me, just buy it!

I purchased a universal mount that was far easier and safer to mount on. I don’t believe mounting one side to stud and one side through gyprock.

The TV features are all that we could wish for, we particularly love the solar powered remote and the fact that only one lead goes into the TV. It was super easy to install and set up (and we are far from experts). Couldn't recommend more highly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always been a fan of mounting the TV as close to the wall as possible for a flushed look, and frame TVs are king in that department. I have friends with a 75" and 65" version of older frame TVs, and I like this 43" as it seems perfect for showcasing artwork and photos. I love how there's a single thin cable that goes from the TV to the OneConnect box, and that the power cable is connected to that box and not the TV. This allows mounting to be super easy and convenient, and allows a very clean setup. When I first opened the TV, there was some markings on the display and I quickly realized that it was just some residue from the styrofoam in the original packaging. After wiping that down, the matte display is as matte as you'd expect, and 4K resolution is sharp on this display. I have another TV that's 77" and that's also 4K so this 43" TV's pixel density is much higher, which is great. I also like that it comes with feet for stands, so you have an option to use it either on a table surface, or mount it on the wall. I plan on mounting it soon for that clean look. I look forward to showcasing our family's photos on this soon!

I really didn't want a big, clunky black rectangle dominating the room when I wasn't watching anything, and this TV solves that completely. It's ridiculously thin (and fairly light) and just hangs on the wall like a picture frame (comes with a wall mounting hardware). The best part is definitely the Art Mode. When the TV's off, instead of a black screen, it displays amazing artwork or even your own photos. It actually looks like a framed picture on the wall! It totally blends in and adds to the room's vibe instead of being an eyesore. Plus, it has this smart motion sensor. If no one's in the room, it turns off the art display to save power, which is awesome. As soon as you walk in, it pops back on. It's perfect for a bedroom where you're not always in there, so it's not wasting energy showing art to an empty room. Honestly, for a bedroom where you want the functionality of a TV but don't want it to look out of place when it's not in use, the Frame TV is pretty much perfect. It's more than just a TV; it's like a piece of decor that happens to show your favorite shows. Totally worth it!

I was very excited to splurge and get this TV, and at this price point it's just a complete letdown. I got my first frame TV this winter and at the beginning it worked decent, fair bit slower than my regular smart TV but bearable, about a month in something glitched and I wasn't able to access settings menu at all, thankfully I had a regular remote and was able to initiate a factory reset, another month later the TV was performing so bad it would take forever to open apps and you would be lucky if it would start playing a show, 9 out of 10 times it wouldn't. I thought it was maybe a lemon, and got it exchanged for another one. And about a month after getting the second TV it does it again, wouldn't load any streaming app, and if it did it wouldn't play anything. For how much money this TV costs it performs worse than a 10 year old smart TV which is extremely disappointing.

When it’s off, it actually looks like a framed art piece. People are always surprised when I turn it on and it’s a TV. The picture quality is super sharp and the colors really pop, especially in 4K. I also like that the screen has a matte finish, so there's no glare, even during the day when my living room gets a lot of sunlight. It’s great for movies and sports, and the sound is decent too. I haven’t felt the need for a soundbar yet. One of my favorite things is how customizable it is. I picked a bezel color that matches my space and the wall mount makes it sit flat against the wall, just like a real picture frame. It’s subtle but adds a lot to the room. The smart features are really easy to use and the remote is clean and simple. Setup took maybe 20 minutes and I was streaming right away. Overall, I’m super happy with it. It looks great, works great, and adds a nice design element to my space. Definitely worth it if you're into tech that doesn’t look like tech.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I believe the 2025 Frame 43" is a great screen to actually put a fancy frame on and show some content occasionally, such as pictures, clips etc, and then maintain it as art most of the time. I went to a custom home builder's office that had an older 43" Frame setup in their conference room. I didn't even know it was the frame TV until they started showing house blueprints. That's a fantastic use case! The matte screen makes it a perfect art piece, especially when framed. If you have a conference room with clients, I would HIGHLY consider a frame TV. For a main movie/gaming display I would recommend the pro version (see below). That said, I was disappointed with it as a PC monitor. It looked very washed out and is limited to 60Hz refresh. I tried playing with some settings, but could never get it to look right. Movies were a bit better, but I wouldn't use it as a main display. I also have the 2025 75" Frame Pro (also shown in the pictures) and I wouldn't buy anything else. That screen is amazing and night and day in comparison to the 43". I know they are different technologies, but wow what a difference. If you have the budget and space, I would definitely go with a frame pro. The quality of the colors and 144Hz refresh is ideal for gaming. The Vision AI is a cool feature on both that works very well to adjust the TV for changing lighting and sound conditions and also identifies actors in shows and movies. There's lots of other objective features as well, but easy to look up. The slim mount for both of my frames keeps the display at about 4mm from the wall. so is basically looks like it's flush and I'm very happy with its inclusion rather than needing to purchase a mount myself. I found the mount pretty easy to install with the included measurement guides that you tape together. So in conclusion, if you have the use case I mentioned at the beginning, I would say that a non-pro frame is a great solution, but for a main display, do whatever you need to, to get a frame PRO.
