[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product foams super well! It has a very light scent, which is great if you’re sensitive to fragrances. It lathers well, though if you have super long hair, you might need a bit more product than usual. The hydration is impressive and my hair feels soft, is super shiny, smooth, and moisturized after just one use! I tested this product after getting out of a swimming pool, so my hair was dull and crusty. It cleanses very well, getting rid of that chemical scent from the pool. It’s also going to replace my shampoo and conditioner for future travels since it’s so easy to pack, takes up little to no space, and frees up my liquids bag for other hair care and makeup items. Overall, it’s a great lightweight option for quick styling and healthy-feeling hair!

Have to make sure you foam them up tho or you get chunks in your hair. The packaging and idea is awesome for on the go girlies and saves tons of space and weight in a shower bag, would be happier with a reusable case for these but it's still super cool. Love the smell from this, and so far I prefer the shampoo over the conditioner.

However, for a long and very thick haired girl like me, one packet is not enough to clean my hair at all. It took me at least 2 more packets to fully clean all my hair. I don’t think that’s economically friendly when there’s only 5 pcs inside the pack. I wash my hair at least three times a times a week, and this would not work on my hair at all. I also did not feel as clean on my hair as other shampoo would. I think this product is really good for camping or travelling but not for every day use.

I’m normally double wash kind of gal but I didn’t feel like I needed to do that with gemz! The biggest downside is you don’t get to choose the scent. It smells like baby powder which I just don’t love. But for more travel and what not it’s not that huge of a deal
