I added walnuts to mine, so good! The only reason its 4/5 is because of how long it took to bake, the instructions are not good— maybe because I made them in a pyrex and glass vs aluminum is different in how it’s cooked.

Made these the other day with my kids. My son is always hesitant to anything gluten free (I am the one that needs GF). But, he absolutely LOVED these. My daughter love them too. I am also highly addicted. Already have a new box in my shopping cart. I love when there is a good alternative for us GF people.

I cooked them for the amount of time stated at the top end, and they still seemed a little underdone almost, but I love them this way. My husband had it and couldn’t tell they were gluten free!

They were moist and held lots of chocolate flavor. With this being gluten free, it encouraged me to keep up with working to eliminate gluten. And it gives me hope that people will not say gluten foods are gross.

Simple, easy yet yummy!

I used this opportunity to bake a wholesome cake with my nieces and it came out delish. The best part is that it’s packaged in a way which is so easy to bake by following instructions.
