Good value, easy to use, and a great daily zinc su

Vitamins are all the same ro me. They all taste tge same. We need tgem to stay healthy. Our mom's always said take your vitamins. Packaging is fine. Texture is good. Stay healthy everyone.

Sick

This made me instantly nauseated. I tried it at different times of day, with food, without food and it seriously made me sick. I wouldn’t recommend.

Easy to take don’t have a strong aftertaste.

I’ve been taking these Nature’s Bounty Zinc 50mg tablets for a little while now, and they’re pretty solid. The bottle comes with 250 tablets, so it’s going to last a long time, which is nice. They’re not too big, easy enough to swallow, and I like that they support immune health—especially during cold season. Honestly, I just feel better knowing I’m getting that extra boost of zinc since diet alone doesn’t always cut it. Overall, simple and affordable.
