Stopped using after years of use

I hsve used this products for 30 yrs and stopped using it in 2025. They changed the product and it is now thinner in consistency and makes my hair feel greasy. I feel that they have cheapened the product to save money.

I have used this product for longer than 15yrs and this latest update has left me annoyed at of all things, the scent. It's not pleasant at all. Could you please change it?

I have bought this product again and again . . .

I have used this product for over 20 years and absolutely love it. I recommend it to everyone. It is the best shampoo I have ever used AND you can actually use it as a body wash as well.

Excellent product, but Classic new container is very hard to squeeze product out. Arthritic hands cannot squeeze, have to take the lid off and tap to get conditioner out. Old container was much easier to use.

Why change a good thing.

I've been using The Conditioner for my curly hair for 35 plus years. This has always been a staple because of my sensitive scalp but they recently changed it. Now it contains citrus oils and a whole bunch of other perfumes that irritate my scalp and it's drying. Why did they go and change it after all these freaking years?! I'm not sure what I'll do now. I could cry.
