The product comes in a small box, with its noticeable pink, that contains the bottle of pills so the packaging is adequate without excess. However, the size of the pills was definitely a turn off. . . The number of pills one must swallow increases as we age and that is when size really matters. While in clear gelatin and otherwise appearing to be a simple capsule, it is a rather large capsule. I already take several meds and supplements so the size of this forced me to split my pills up even more to get them all down. Had I not already had them, the actual size of these pills probably would have been a hard stop for me so I wanted to give that feedback first off. I haven't been using the pills long enough to really say whether they've aided in digestion; if they do, then I would recommend regardless since then the size won't matter.

After 7 days I could not really tell any difference between this product and my current regulare Probiotic.
