A: It's definitely an add on to regular conditioner. I use it in the shower right after I condition I squeeze the water out of my hair and spray my very long colored hair generously. This stuff is amazing and makes my hair very soft. Even though I only get a trim on my ends once a year to even out my ends I never get split ends and my hair is incredibly soft and silky thanks to this product. Tip: the product is not a liquid, it's the consistency of a non-greasy lotion so when you are about 1/3 - 1/2 of the way through the bottle the pump stops working due to the thick "liquid". Just add water to fill it up and shake well. Still works the same and you get more for your money. I highly recommend this product!!!
