This formula is thick creamy which spreads easily throughout your hair meaning you don't need to use an enormous amount to lather up. The smell is amazing as well and I've noticed my hair not feeling as blah lately and not quite as frizzy with the flyaways caused from pp. Definitely purchase again.

I really did like the conditioner, but the shampoo did not work as well as i hoped. For me, i have dry ends and an oily scalp, it did not help with the oily, but worked well with the dryness. so if you have a normal to dry scalp it will work very well for you.

This product did make my hair soft and appear healthy. However, like many reviews the fragrance was overpowering. I could live with it, but the real reason I am giving it 1 star is because it caused significant shedding. I wish I hadn’t used it for as long as I did (2 months) without making the connection. I’m 1 wash in with a different brand and had minimal shedding (think 10 hairs compared to 40-50).

i bought this combo after seeing a lot of people rave about it on tik tok and various platforms, saying it was a good basic shampoo and conditioner for dry hair. first use, the fragrance was insanely strong. smells a bit like laundry detergent and men’s cologne. i immediately wanted to return it, but i decided to give it a few more shots. the conditioner felt very heavy, and it weighed my hair down. i have normal thickness, slight waves. after a week or so, i began getting painful, tiny bumps on my hairline, back of neck, and all over my scalp. it’s been a few days and i have quit using this combo. despite vinegar rinses and switching to a simple shampoo bar, the perfume of this product remains, and the bumps are slowly healing. absolutely horrible, and i do not recommend to anyone with even mildly sensitive skin. insane a company is allowed to put so much perfume!

I normally use tresemme and gave this a try because of all the reviews of “soft hair”. Personally this didn’t make a difference from my regular shampoo and even if it did, I wouldn’t buy it again. the smell in this product is intense. It reminds me of the intensity of hair box dye smell. It’s not a bad smell per say but it dosent smell great and it was extremely strong. It made me nauseous all night and I couldn’t wait to shower and take the smell off.
