It is no understatement that the Ninja CREAMi is humanity's greatest achievement. The ability to make ice cream and milkshakes on demand is a game changer. I've used it approximately 4 days a week for around a year - it changed my life. Within Maslow's Heirarchy of Needs, the Ninja CREAMi has embedded itself in the physiological needs along with food, water, and shelter. If my house was on fire, the first thing i would grab is my beloved Ninja CREAMi, and perhaps a CREAMi Pint.

Great product for the most part / But Beware
I absolutely loved this machine! We use it ALL the time! It gives you great results and I am using it for my protwine ice creams and it is perfection, however, a MAJOR flaw is that ingredients get trapped inside the outer bowl lid. There are no real great instructions for cleaning the and nothing in the manual that says this is happening and needs to be addressed. I noticed it one day when I was cleaning it and realized it was NASTY! You MUST soak it and rinse it and work the spring otherwise you will start smelling something really gross after a few uses! BEWARE! I feel like this is a design flaw that needs addressed!

Great but not build to last
I bought it just over a year ago and had used it for a couple of times (30x max), but last time i tried to use it, the paddle just dropped in the ice cream and no longer was atrached to the spindle. So it seems that after the 1 year period, it no longer works.

LOVE my 3 Ninja Creami machines
I LOVE my creami machines and actually have 3 of these as I have 2 homes and 1 at work. I am on a limited diet that consists of several protein shakes during the day and making these as a creami enhances my enjoyment of them considerably. As much as I use to crave ice cream I no longer do as I am doing 3-4 protein shake creami's each day. The FB support groups are so filled with help and recipes and I have enjoyed experimenting with many.

Loved but machine won’t last much over a year
My ninja creami didn’t even last a year and a half. I received it as a gift and really enjoyed it. Unfortunately soon after a year old it stopped working and I was informed by ninja the “warranty” expired the month and year I received the gift. For how expensive it is I would hope it would last.

I love all Ninja products especially my Ninja Creami. You can make so many different things. I like the creamy ice cream, sorbet & all the rest. The containers that come with it are perfect size. There is a recipe book that also comes with it showing recipes for the different settings.

My daughter bought ours for Christmas last year but I pulled out a few weeks ago to use and it caught fire and I’m not sure what to do as we’re out of the 1 year warranty window but we’ve only used 2/3 times and this happened.
