Description

Alka-Seltzer Extra Strength Heartburn Relief tablets start neutralizing excess stomach acid in seconds. Drop 2 antacid tablets in water to get fast acid indigestion relief that neutralizes 99% of excess acid. Alka-Seltzer Extra Strength Heartburn Relief tablets are convenient and portable so relief is always within reach. Contains the active ingredients Anhydrous citric acid and Sodium bicarbonate. To use, fully dissolve antacid tablets in 4 ounces of water before taking. Adults and children 12 years old and over can take 2 tablets every 4 hours as needed, or as directed by a doctor. Do not take more than 8 tablets in a 24-hour period.

My best ally for the stomach

This product is really good, every time I feel sick to my stomach I use it and it is very effective. There are 2 round tablets the size of a 25 cent coin in each envelope. It is very easy to use, in a water rate I put the two tablets and wait for them to start to effervesce and then I take it and in about 10 minutes I begin to feel relief. Each box has 72 tablets. I always have these tablets at home. I can’t miss them. I’m really good. I highly recommend them

Excelente product

It is an antacid designed for the rapid relief of heartburn, acid indigestion, and stomach upset. It is ideal to have on hand after heavy or spicy meals to prevent that burning sensation that often occurs shortly after eating.

Most efficient

The family brand for decades and go to product for it’s effectiveness in minutes with immediate relief as is consumed the taste grows in you after a while for best results allow it to fully dissolve which it takes a few seconds in dissolving in water

Watch out, misleading “original” blue boxes

Don’t trust the labels without reading the box description!! I LOVE the original heartburn relief tablets. You can’t find them any more. All of the products you purchase in the stores or online are actually the old blue box but they say “Original Flavor”. That is the pain relief, not heartburn. Very disappointed in a company and product that I have used for 50 years! It seems sneaky and is definitely misleading for consumers and sellers. When you go to the stores in the antacid aisle is a ton of the blue original boxes. But they are all pain relief. Even on this supposed company site they have their own pain relief product listed under heartburn relief. Look up there and read the box. The only heartburn relief in the old original fizzy tablets is the extra strength.

NOT as good as Alka Seltzer GOLD. Please bring back Alka Seltzer Gold with potassium bicarbonate in it. This is no replacement for that product.

Fast relief and happy stomach.

This product is my go too savior. I have so many upset stomach due to have no gallbladder. The taste is okay and it’s not harsh to drink. It works fast which is the best. It’s affordable and it can be found in your local pharmacy.
