    Very disappointed. I bought AirPods for Father’s Day that were supposedly new and sealed. However, when I connected them, they displayed another person’s name, indicating they had already been set up and registered before. Although the box looked sealed, it appears the product had been previously opened and then repackaged. Customers should not have to worry about receiving a used item when paying full price for a new one.

    Target cubrside stinks

    The item works as any apple item is expected to. The Target customer service on the other hand. This review is for Target Store in Mission, Tx off Shary Rd on Expressway 83 and not the apple product. I placed the order for pickup but estimated wait time for processing was two hours. I showed up early and tried to get the item and take it to the front desk to have the item checked out but they would not let me. They said I had to wait at least the two hours. I tried to explain that I was in a hurry and I was actually saving them time and resources because they could attend to other patrons’ orders instead. They said the system would not allow them. Very poor sop’s for Target. I’d expect more from them. They need to improve their point of sale systems if something like this is hindering their services. Not even a manager could override their pick up system. Literally every other retailer is able to at least override and have curbside items checked out instead of waiting for their employees who are always busy.
