Good product; Poor Customer Service

The pencil works fine. Probably more than what I need. I really like that it charges automatically with my iPad Air. Target advertised 3 months of Apple Music and 1 month of Apple TV with purchase. The offer is not valid. I called twice and spoke to several people (difficult to understand). I finally got an email to redeem the offer which didn’t work. I went in person to the store and explained the situation. They sent me 2 more emails which didn’t work. I’m very disappointed with the customer service. They shouldn’t advertise bonus offers that they don’t fulfill. I will think twice before buying electronics from Target again.

Recieved used and dull. Functions ok.

Came opened and used. Tip was already dulling. Have to go in store to exchange but store didn’t have in stock and I don’t live near one so I just held onto it as I was going to be using it to help for a particular project on an iPad I also purchased from target that came used. Both products were listed as brand new and I was under the impression they would be. Overall not too impressed with the product either. Feels a little clunky and hard to write with. Will need to replace the tip so maybe it will perform better then.

BE AWARE!

WARNING! I purchased this pencil from Target online and had issues connecting to my iPad. I figured it was user error, so I took it to the Apple store for help. They told me it was a fake pen! The box was completely sealed when it arrived and looked brand new. I would recommend purchasing any Apple accessories from them directly. Yes, it's more expensive, but at least the chance of it being a fake are considerably lower.
