Looks amazing!
Love the design and love the color! So pretty I can leave it on the counter. However it toasts HOT. At level 4 (out of 10) it’s BURNS my food. I mean burns black. It toasts so so hot. But it works and does what it’s suppose to do. I just won’t be needing the other 6 levels!

Bought this model for aesthetics and the slim design, and because I’ve been generally satisfied with other Bella products. However, I wouldn’t recommend this toaster for several reasons. First, it’s not deep enough. Even some standard slices of bread don’t get fully submerged in the toasting element. Second, it’s not quite wide enough to fit two slices of most breads, so it takes twice as long to toast the same amount. Third, there’s no bagel setting, which isn’t a big deal since I don’t mind my outsides crispy. Also, bagels are too large to get fully toasted (due to the shallow toasting element). Lastly and probably most annoying, it doesn’t toast evenly; it tends to burn the edges and sometimes even leaves the middle doughy. Overall, this was not worth the money and I’ll be replacing it with a different brand.

Perfect purple toaster!
The last two toasters I had only toasted one side of the bread! I just got tired of having to turn the bread around and risk burning one side! So I searched for a five-star toaster - and found this one. The fact that I could choose it in PURPLE was an absolute winner!! This toaster toasts on BOTH sides (woo hoo!) and they are PERFECTLY EVEN! I couldn’t be HAPPIER!!!

Stylish, but we quickly found two flaws that caused us to return it: 1) Our favorite Pepperidge Farm breads (all varieties) are too wide to fit two slices longways, rendering this a very inconvenient one-slice toaster. 2) The toasting area is slightly too short height-wise to fully toast an Eggo waffle. A section at the top comes out soft. I think if Bella made the slot 1-2” longer and 1” taller, it would fit a wider range of common products.

Toasters shouldnt be made of plastic
The outside is made of plastic and it gets so hot that it started warping on the top on the first use. It looks nice and I was excited to be able to toast my larger pieces of sourdough, but I will look for a higher quality option.

Its a decent toaster.
I’ve owned this toaster exactly a year and a month. I loved it because it was slim and easy to put away. I don’t really own a lot of Bella appliances, but It worked great. Until one day I saw it spark inside and then one of the sides stopped heating… I ended up submitting a warranty claim since it has a 2 year warranty (thank god) and it took the company about 2 weeks to get back to me to tell me they could give a refund instead of a replacement. The refund also takes 4-6 weeks so now I’m in search for a new toaster until then. Not sure If I want to repurchase this one again….
