I use my Bissell CrossWave several times a week to keep up with everything from snack crumbs to muddy paw prints, so I was curious to see how Bissell’s new Multi-Surface Super Concentrate Cleaning Formula would hold up. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. The pre-measured pouches are a clever idea. They take up far less space than the usual big bottles, which is a win in my storage-challenged home, though I did find I needed a small bin to keep them organized. The pouches were easy to use — once I figured out that cutting them open worked better than tearing to avoid drips and make sure all the liquid made it into the machine. The convenience of not having to measure anything was a real time-saver, especially when I’m juggling household tasks and a busy toddler. In terms of cleaning power, the concentrate worked just as well as the standard formula. My floors looked clean, felt clean, and there was no sticky residue left behind. I even tried it on an area rug, and while the results weren’t amazing, I know from experience that the CrossWave itself struggles with rugs — this formula wasn’t the issue. What I liked most was how much easier it made my routine. It’s a small thing, but when you’re cleaning multiple times a week, every little bit of saved time and effort counts. I do hope Bissell expands to more sustainable packaging since reducing waste is important to me, especially as a parent trying to set a good example. Overall, I’ll definitely keep using these. They’re practical, effective, and perfect for busy households like mine where clean floors are a must but time and storage space are limited.

As a busy mom I have TONS of cleaning products and this eliminates the need for another big bottle of cleaning products. It is also VERY easy to rip open and pour the entire pouch in the machine. I didn’t spill a drop! It cleaned exactly the same as normal on my hardwood. Leaving no streaks and an amazing smell. Overall, I think these pouches are very convenient and very simple to use. I will definitely be switching to the pouches instead of the bulky bottles!

The cleaning power is what you would expect from Bissell, it never disappoints! I didnt notice any difference in cleaning power, aside from needing a smaller amount of solution vs the unconcentrated solution.

It was very convenient to have the solution pre measured and worked great on my tile floors. The floors felt clean and smooth afterwards with no sticky feeling or film left behind. It smelled clean and fresh although I wouldn't mind some different scent options! This solution was the perfect quick and easy way to clean up after a busy day with two toddlers. If the pre measured concentration was just as cost efficient as the bottle I would definitely grab the pre measured pouches!

It did come out a little bubbly when not thoroughly mixed with the water so I needed to wipe the first little bit off the floor. Once it ran through my wet mop a little more it was smooth sailing . The smell is my favorite because it smells so clean!

The packets were easy to use and dump in my BISSELL Omni force and crosswave. The pre measured packets were nice since they’re pre measured. The cleaning power compared to the usual bottle I felt was not the same but I may be using more than what Is measured in the pouch. I don’t feel like the packets were as strong and effective as the regular size bottle. My favorite thing about the packets vs the bottle was the easy to pour packets but it lacked scent and I don’t feel it was enough product. The packets cleaned my floors but was lacking scent and I had to do my floors twice. By the second time floors were perfect.

It was easy to open and pour it in without spilling anything. Much easier to pour than from a big bottle. I felt like it cleaned our floors just as effective too. I really like the convenience and easy if use. Especially great for someone who might have issues with lifting the bigger bottles or those with limited storage space.

I also feel that the amount is too little and needs to be more solution in the packet. I do like the prepackaged amount better than the larger containers for ease of use.

No measuring no bigger bottle to pull out just rip and go! The cleaning power seemed pretty good and worked well on some sticky kitchen floor messes on my LVP and kitchen runner rug. My only complaint is I wish they made a version that was made of clean product. I would love a plant based and essential oil version.

After a few passes the stain faded to my satisfaction. I'm hopeful one it dries, it will disappear completely. The small package of the Concentrate is very convenient. It does take some getting used to the smaller amount of solution when all my Bissell machines call for the traditional solution and proportions. I'm hopeful the concentrate will reduce the need for an entire bottle of solution to clean my area rugs and upholstery!

First off, it smells amazing- not overpowering, not lemon-lime, but just genuinely smells SO good. More improtantly than the smell, though, is the fact that it actually works! One tiny little pouch had my floors SO clean and not sticky or filmy like some other brands. I used it with my Crosswave and my floors were sparkling, with minimal effort. Plus, the pouches take up so much less space in the cabinet than my current big bottle of solution.
