A: This vacuum does have a shorter runtime of about 17 minutes, so it is recommended to keep this vacuum on the charger. If you feel the item is defective it does have a 2-Year Manufacturer's Warranty

Powerful for its size
I love this little handheld. In fact it works better than my hand held dirt devil vacuum. This is my 3rd one as I use it so much Ive actually burned out the rechargeable lithium battery. Very much worth the price you pay for it. Hopefully it will never be discontinued.

Burning battery!!!
This product should be recalled immediately because it's battery starts smoking when we put on charge for several hours. We are lucky that I smell the smoke when I work from home today. Otherwise my house could catch on fire today.

Decent dust buster
my previous dust buster (battery) started to die after 4 years so I wanted a replacement. This model is pretty similar in size and capabilities. I do like that this one has an actual "on" button where the last one I had to hold on while using. On this one the base sits funny on the wall, if you decide to mount it and the plug / charger isn't as convienient as any I've had before. it's a tiny two prong piece where others typically just set right in a charging station. All in all the vacuum runs well and does the job. The charger gets zero stars. I wouldn't return it but I wouldn't recommend it either.

Spend the extra money on a better Vac!!
There's nothing to show whether battery is low so it dies often and quick, when charging you don't know if it's fully charged because there's no indicator it's even charging (which is bad for overcharging and burning out) loses it's charge very quickly. I bought this on sale and honestly wish I just spent the extra 20 on a better vaccum. I would not reccomend, would spend the extra money for something worth it

Arrived defective, an internet search showed this was very common with this brand and model. I was forced to do an in store return, and they had no replacement unit, so a huge inconvenience.
