Great Quality, Durable

Pros: amazing quality, durable, the medium band already has a lot of resistance (a little too much for me as a beginner) especially at the end of its range of motion, very portable ||| Cons: only available online, most likely old since its been sitting around for a while, smells a little bit like rubber when stretched near the end of its range of motion
