I loved this pitcher. The size works for my family and the water tastes great. My sensor was working fine for nine months and now it doesn't light up green or red. It was one of the perks why I choose to buy this product. I tried resetting it ...sadly it didn't work. That is why I gave 3 out of 5 stars.

This does a nice job filtering water but the handle on the side comes off frequently. Sometimes the slightest bump and the handle separates from the pitcher. Extremely annoying and possibly dangerous. Any suggestions for fixing this? BTW, this is our 3rd Brita over the years.

Bought the pitcher 5 months ago and the indicator light near the spout no longer works at all. No longer have any idea when to change the filter. Very disappointed in this newer model.

Pleased with the filtered water system but the filter indicator quits working after two years or so. Second pitcher just stopped working. True, you can keep manual track of the filter age but that defeats a main convenience feature of the system. Brita should make the indicator battery user replaceable or lower the price since it turns disposable so soon.

Mold started growing on filter within 3 months and I never noticed it until recently. Make sure you check your filter and vent on the bottom and clean with vinegar and soap

The pitcher started to crack right after 3 months. The sensor also stopped working. The sensor at the tip of the pitcher can lead to having 3 streams of water instead of one if not being careful when puring a full pitcher. We had other Brita pitchers that lasted years and were a lot better built and never had any problems like this. This one was really bad.

Purchased the Tahoe Pitcher due to my Refrigerator filtration water/ice unit developing a leak. Our county water system carries a chlorine residual taste so we purchased the pitcher as a temporary help until we can get the refrigerator repaired. But WOW, this pitcher is really amazing. It's simple and easy to use. And it does exactly what it is suppose to do. It produces Great tasting water!!!
