Handle fell off but you couldn't tell it was that way when wrapped in packaging. I tried using it anyway but I will be returning it tomorrow because the handle helps keep the lid on when pouring.

Replacing the filter every 3 months isn’t so bad but I wonder how the generic brand filters compare to the Brita brand.

For one, it's bigger than the other brand I had which is great for someone like me who is constantly filling up their water cups. Second, it filters the water through into the pitcher a lot quicker too! Water tastes super clean and fresh, but my main selling point.... THE LID LOCKS!!! So no more holding the lid to pour out the water!!!!

It's large yet compact and doesn't take up too much space in the fridge. I love that it has a smart filter indicator, which tells me exactly when to change the filter. The water tastes wonderful and has completely replaced the need to buy bottled water in my home. The pitcher is durable, easy to use, and requires no special directions.

Bought this about 3 months ago. Thought it would be better than buying cases of water. I think it's great but water leaks from around the filter, and I don't think the indicator works properly. It has stayed green which makes me wonder. We use a lot of water. It doesn't make sense.

Our family was having to buy at least 2 cases of water bottles at our local grocery store and it was getting not so cheap anymore. This pitcher really came at the perfect time since it fully replaces having to buy those cases of water bottles. Our kitchen faucet does not have a filter on it so we weren't grabbing water straight from there and that's why we were buying plastic water bottles. But now this water pitcher has changed the game. We can easily fill it up from the sink and the water gets filtered perfectly for us to drink straight from the pitcher. It's truly simple to use and very very convenient.

I aim for 8 cups per day so the 10-cup capacity is wonderful and a great way to easily keep up with how much I’ve drank! It’s sleek and looks great with the aesthetic of my kitchen as well, which is a huge plus! The water tastes so fresh and doesn’t have the “chlorine/coppery” taste that I get a lot of when drinking straight from the tap. It’s super easy to fill and keep in the fridge and the smart filter alert even indicates when it’s time to change the filter! This would make a wonderful house warming gift for someone, and it seems the Brita products are always such good quality!

It holds 10 cups which is more than expected for its size. It filters quickly so I don’t have to wait long for water. It filtered a lot faster than expected so I was very impressed. This is true even if it is completely empty. I can definitely taste a difference between the filtered water and tap water. My city has hard water and fluoride and I like that the filter leaves a healthy amount of fluoride in the water. I also like that it reduces the chlorine taste and odor. I think this is why there is such a big difference between the filtered water and the tap water. I really like that the pitcher lets you know when to change the filter. This is so convenient and it ensures that my water will always be properly filtered. The best thing about this pitcher is that it makes drinking higher quality water accessible and affordable. I am very satisfied with this Brita Pitcher and I will most definitely be purchasing their products in the future. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants safer and cleaner tasting water without a hassle.
