Extremely disappointed with tech support and Ceretone Hearing AIds
Extremely disappointed!! For the cost of $599.99 I expected a quality pair of hearing aids. This is alot of money to spend and I expected quality and good tech support. Well tech support is overseas and the reps can barely speak English. The hearing aids the left hearing aid kept dropping out and coming back on. The blurtooth volume is so low the telephone or listening to music with the phone is useless. Don't waste your tome or money. The $59 hearing amplifiers performed much better. I am returning this purchase to Target. It's too bad Target does not have quality control. I thought buying from Target I was making a good choice, obviously I was wrong!!

Great OTC hearing aids
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My grandma has been using the Ceretone Beacon and it has been a great product for her. It’s lightweight and comfortable to wear behind the ear, and the design is very discreet. She was able to start using it easily without any confusion. The sound is clear and natural, and it has made a noticeable difference in her day-to-day life. She can hear conversations much better and feels more confident overall. The charging case is also simple and convenient, which makes it easy for her to keep it ready to use. Overall, this is a well-made, easy-to-use product that works really well. Highly recommend!

Just as functional as very expensive hearing aids.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are really nice. My mom spent $5,000 on a set of hearing aids from her ENT, and they have had to be sent in and replaced multiple times for not working properly. These are much more reliable and function very well. The app has a lot of helpful features to use and adjust the sound, and they are very simple to use with the instruction manual included. The battery holds a consistent charge and my mom has had a very good experience having these as a supplement to her other set.

Great Option For Those Who Can’t Afford Profession

My mom has been struggling to hear fire quite some time, yet too stubborn and not willing to spare the expense for hearing aids. This is a great option. She is using them more and more. I’m pleased with these hearing aids. I love that they are rechargeable and the battery lasts quite a long time. The fit is bd adjustable so they fit perfectly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am getting older and like many people my age I am starting to have hearing issues. I can hear some people adequately and others I just pretend I heard them. The Ceretone Beacon Behind the ear hearing aids came charged and ready to use. The hearing aids turn on automatically when removed from the storage case. These hearings aids connect by bluetooth to an app. By connecting to the app I am able to make the adjustments I need to be able to hear people clearly, turning them up and down to fit my needs. I was also able to connect and answer my phone. After some initial adjustments, I was able to to hear sounds and voices much more clearly. Watching the television was easier and I didn’t need the TV’s closed captions anymore. Group conversations were greatly improved. Being able to hear myself speak was a benefit as I realized how loud I had been speaking to other people ( and how loud they were speaking to me to compensate for my hearing loss). The volume level of each hearing aid can be adjusted individually or as a pair. The small multifunction button on the microphone is easily accessible. There are eleven volume levels and four noise level adjustments available. Getting used to using the multi function took some effort and learning how to access many of the functions took some effort and learning how to access many of the functions took time but was worth the effort. In addition the hearing aids were able to act as earphones. I was able to listen to music and answer phone calls through a bluetooth connection from my phone. The connecting process was seamless. Incoming phone calls automatically went to the hearing aids. The storage case functions as a power bank to charge the hearing aids while not in use. The storage case itself is rechargeable via USB-C cable. It is necessary to store the hearing aids in the case to recharge them. Many other hearing aids require separate batteries that need periodic replacement when used up. The internal rechargeable batteries in these hearing aids is a great advantage. It should be noted that my hearing aids shut off after about seven hours. Wearing glasses while wearing them presented. bit of a problem for me as the temples of the glasses sit in the same location on the ear as the microphone and interfere with each other and the microphone can become dislodged. I do love hearing and pretty much only wear my glasses when I am reading to this does work for me. The size is slightly small for me but I am taller and would fit an average person perfectly. Though I had to work up to using them longer and longer everyday, as per the directions, the get a lot of use and the case and the hearing aids travel well, have travel in my pocket and still are going strong.

The earpiece was slightly uncomfortable at first but after adjusting got it more comfortable. Maybe not quite as good at separating out ambient noises as my current? But absolutely helpful for hearing overall.

Comfortable

The app is very easy user friendly for all ages. The only problem is the battery life isn’t great. It seems to die out around late afternoon. Overall, I recommend.

Life changing hearing aids at an affordable price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My brother is a bit of a rockstar and has spent his entire life blaring rock and roll. Due to decades of exposure to very loud music, he has pretty severe hearing loss. However, due to a lack of insurance coverage, he never got this treated, but these Ceretone Beacon hearing aids have worked wonders for him. They’ve genuinely changed his life for the better. He said they’re comfortable, the app works flawlessly, and they hold a very good charge. I would highly recommend these to everyone who needs help hearing. Honestly, they work better than my grandmas prescription hearing aids.

Ceretone Beacon
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was gifted the Ceretone Beacon hearing aids complimentary to review. The hearing aids come in a handy case that is also used to charge them. I thought it was nice that batteries were not needed. The hearing aids came with detailed instructions of how to set them up and there is even an app that you can use to control them and connect to blue tooth on your phone. There were detailed instructions of how to wear them over the first few weeks to get used to them. A first the sound can be overwhelming. But the instructions were to gradually wear them and use them in different settings to get used to the sound. After using them for several weeks as instructed I am not sure these are right for me. It was very hard to differentiate different sounds and everything was just amplified. I could not get used to them. I understand that these are not prescription hearing aids but crowd situations were difficult. I think the blue tooth function is helpful but using them in crowded loud places was hard. The size was nice. They are very small and discreet and the volume on the part that goes over the ear was easy to use.

Good product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Beacon Hearing Aids worked pretty good for me. I liked: They do a little test so they can be programmed to fit your hearing needs. They came with multiple size ear domes so I was able to get a comfortable fit. They also came with a little cleaning kit and a charging case. They charged quickly and you can charge them three times before you need to recharge the case. There is an app you can use with your phone to adjust volume and the setting you are in. (normal, outdoors, restaurant or streaming music). When everything was adjusted right for me, they definitely helped with my hearing. Downside: Although it was listed as a feature, it did not mask my tinnitus, but this is not a guarantee. And to be fair, my prescription hearing aids don’t either. They do on occasion get staticky and make other noises in your ears. The right one would turn off sometimes even after cleaning. There is a 60 day trial period so if you have mild to moderate hearing loss, I would give them a try.

What’s important to me is there’s no feedback and
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received Cerecon Beacon OTC hearing aids, I was like yeah right it will not work for me. I’m deaf in one ear and only have 30% hearing in the other. The ones I tried hurt, don’t stay in, has a lot of feedback, but to my surprise after wearing it for a week I hear better than I have been in years, they don’t hurt, no feedback, no buying batteries, you just charge them in its own case, they come with cord. Also I can steam music, and take calls. You can adjust the volume to what comfortable for you.

Mid range quality for mild hearing loss
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are mid range hearing aids for a person with a mild hearing loss. Pros are the small case that sanitizes and quick charging. Cons are no noise cancelling while in use and also lacking in comfort while wearing. I have worn hearing aids for 5 years and these would not meet my needs.

Get them!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m so excited to have these—they work as well as the Lexies I just paid 900 for, and both brands work as well as my custom 5000 dollar ones that died. They work well, you can’t really notice them, and the charging case is great, because if it’s full you can take it with you and pop the aids in if you run out of juice. I have to say tho that they last all day. The only downside is the app—you have to open it with the hearing aids in your hand to get them to sync, and they don’t always stay synced. The programs are good, but I don’t notice too much difference among them. So grateful to give these a try, and I highly recommend.

Excellent sound quality & simple to use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started losing my hearing 5 years ago and got prescription hearing aids 1 year ago. These are so simple to use. There's an app that connects through bluetooth to make easy volume adjustments. I'm impressed with the clear sound quality. The lightweight earpieces are almost identical to my prescription pair. In fact, these are more comfortable. No batteries needed! They're rechargeable, and so is the case, to quickly charge your pair. The over-the-ear design is barely noticeable. I found them very reliable and durable. I highly recommend these if you experience hearing loss.

They are worth the investment
