Cuisinart Brew Central 12 Cup Programmable Coffee Maker

This has been great for us but does anyone know if we can shut the buzzing off once the coffee is ready? It wakes up my kids!

Nice coffee maker! Get #4 conical filters for this. The metal basket is fine but paper filters work better.

I absolutely love my new coffee pot! I really feel it has brewed the best coffee I’ve ever made! Well constructed and easy to clean and has so many functions there is nothing else you could ask for! Definitely recommend it!

Fantastic product. This is my second one. I purchased first one 15 years ago. Lasted that long & we used every day. Love it!

It brews great coffee. The bells and whistles are all nice, but would not matter if the coffee was not brewed well. It took a minute to figure out the programming, but once understood, it is easy to program. We went from a thermal carafe to this hot plate and were worried about the coffee burning, but it is not a problem. The coffee stays hot. The warmer shuts off automatically, so turning it off is worry-free. One reviewer mentioned how little steam is emitted during brewing. Very true. 10 cups of water yields 10 cups of coffee. We are completely happy with purchase.

I’ve been buying coffee makers for over 45 years. They typically burned out on me in two years. Once bought cuisines I never bought anything else. This is my third coffee maker and I’m very satisfied with the performance. The last two both lasted about nine years each. I am a very satisfied and loyal customer now.

For years I have been using the same popular coffee maker. Every few years, even though I clean it several times a year eventually it gives up the ghost. So I order a new one that again lasts 2-3 years. So after the last one died, I decided to upgrade. Several friends recommended Cuisinart. After a few weeks I’m so pleased. Not only is it fast, it makes great tasting coffee.

Love my coffee maker, but the lid on the pot doesn't fit securely.

This is the third time I’ve purchased this model on average they last about 7 years of use making 6-8 cups per day. I keep the reusable parts like the glass carafe and filter holder as spare parts in case they are needed.

I don’t like that you can’t see the water amount fro the outside of the machine. It has some weird steps inside. And the on/off button is outdated and stupid. Should be touch button

Makes great coffee. I love the cone filters. The main reason I wanted this coffee maker was for hot coffee. I am not disappointed, so happy to have this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brews.a good pot of coffee The machine is doesn't take up to much counter space. Easy to clean. The only downside side is if you're making a smaller pot it's hard to see where the water level is.

I have two of these coffee makers. They make excellent coffee and have good features. I have also purchased two for gifts. Obviously I like the product. The one I just purchased replaced the same item that was leaking (repairing the leak requires special tools that I do not have). The new item makes coffee just like its predecessor, but the carafe lid does not snap in place as it should (and I have about 20 years expoerience putting the lid on a Cuisinart coffeemaker carafe.

Makes great coffee. Easy to use. Wish it was easier to pour the water in, feel like I'm going to make a mess every time and I really don't want to get the beans wet since I program it for over night.

I have home offices for over 25 years and start my day around 0500-0530 most mornings so it brews at least 1 pot a day on average, every day. It's not fancy, has clean looks, and well made. I just can't justify going to anything else. It simply excels at making a pot of coffee.

My Cuisinart does not make the coffee hot even when using the 2 to 4 cup option. I need to put the carafe in the microwave to warm the coffee

The coffee maker works as intended. How I would improve the coffee maker to make it user friendly I would double the size of the knobs , double the size of the print behind the knobs, triple the size of the clock with good contrast and have a water level gauge visible externally.
