Q: I have the Endura Max for about a year and a half. I smell some burning smell even thought the unit continues to work. Does the Endura Max motor has a temperature control (what is the maximum temperature before shut off) or a current limiting PTC or both?

This is the worst vacuum I’ve owned! Suction is horrible! If you have pet hair pass this one up; will blow hair around on a hard surface. Spend the extra money for a better vacuum.

I bought this vacuum less than a month ago and it stopped working properly. When I use it it makes a bigger mess and it does not suck properly. Would not reccomend. I am hoping to get my money back if I can ever get a hold of someone. Also, live chat does not work!

I purchased this on a Black Friday sale opened it last week used it 3 times almost no suction then the main hose fell off, I reattached it and it fell off again it won't stay on. maybe I just received a bad one but this thing is a junk.

Bought this vacuum September 2022. Started using it about a month after purchasing. Within the first month the main hose separated from the bottom of tthe vacuum. Called customer service and they sent a replacement vacuum. About two months ago, the main hose separated from the clip that transfers to the long handle to use to get corners, etc. Now it just won't turn on. I don't even use this vacuum often because I have robot vacuums! Even still, it didn't even last one year! Will not buy this brand again!

Bought January 2022… it just died. I only use it on 2 bedrooms. I don’t use that often. It is cleaned after heavy usage, say if there is a lot of dust. I’m really disappointed in this. When it was working it was loud and clanky.

It's loud and all it does is push stuff around. I have resorted to using my broken vacuum to vacuum my carpets. It's barely capable of picking up dog hair, let alone anything else you might want to vacuum.

Worst vacuum EVER! It actually ruined my carpet and when I emailed Dust Devil, they just sent me a disclaimer that said you should never let the vacuum sit still when using an attachment because the roller keeps spinning. So you literally have to hold this heavy piece of junk with one hand in the air while you use the attachment to vacuum stairs with the other. Also, it is super loud and vibrates sooooo bad! I'm throwing it in the trash since they won't honor the 2 yr warranty (after just 5 months). Do yourself a favor and buy a broom! This vacuum SUCKS!
