Poor build quality
Device broke down quickly. It shows an exclamation mark on the display and you have to constantly power it off and back on.

Fair performance
While it circulates air well, it doesn’t lower room temperature like a dedicated air conditioner — many users find its “cooling” simply pushes air rather than cooling significantly.

Restricted app control
It’s a shame that the only reason I purchased this was because I needed to be able to control the heat from the app to warm my place up before I get home. This avoids a higher heat bill. I am not allowed to because of a new restriction on the device itself. It makes no sense when for other heaters you have to manually turn on and off and have the potential of forgetting to turn off and starting a fire versus being able to turn it off with an app. Where is the logic in that??? I have an older model that allows me to control the heat via the app and the newer unit does not. It is being labeled a safety issue for being able to turn the heater on and OFF when not home but that is just backwards. It SHOULD be a safety concern when you can NOT turn on and OFF a heater when you are not home.

All year round use
This is my second Dyson Purifier I got the second one when my Mother stayed with us for and extended period of time during the winter She could use the remote to control the heat level and on/off button We have been using it to keep things cool in this recent heatwave in Hawke’s Bay Definitely recommend!!!

Useless software
I bought this before our heat was shut off for an ill timed renovation. Software update will not let you schedule or control the heat from the phone as is used to. No ability to roll back to previous versions. Display is lacking quality to you would expect for this price point. Less features than previous versions.

Love My Dyson
I wasn't totally convinced on how well this air cleaner would work until the second day when a bit of popcorn had burnt in the pan. It was a fairly strong odour and very quickly the air purifier detected it, kicked the fan up and registered a high particle count. It did not take very long before the odor was gone and the fan brought the air cleanliness back to normal. The app is a great feature as well to turn on and view the stats for the air quality. Two thumbs up! 👍👍

This thing has been a game changer in our house. The air purifier works perfectly and keeps the air clean and fresh. The heat function works great and warms up the room quickly, and while the cool setting is more like a fan than AC, it still does an excellent job moving air and keeping things comfortable. What really sold me was Thanksgiving dinner — my wife accidentally spilled something in the bottom of the stove and the kitchen quickly filled with smoke and strong odors. I rolled this unit in, pointed it toward the stove, and within no time it not only made the room smell better but actually pulled the smoke out of the air and got everything back to normal fast. That alone made it worth every penny. It’s like having three devices in one: purifier, heater, and fan. Quiet, powerful, sleek, and extremely effective. I’d buy it again without hesitation and highly recommend it.

Outstanding air purifier
Received this as a gift for my bday and I am thoroughly happy with its performance. The app keeps me informed on the air quality of the area within the home.🏠 We are using this air purifier strictly as an air purifier in our open concept dining room/kitchen living room. I would highly recommend it and its efficiency.

Great for smokers, pets and cooking!
We bought this to help with the summertime smog and pet odors as well as smoking indoors smell as and boy oh boy does this ever work well! We have had it a few weeks and I usually keep it on Auto so that it senses when it needs to turn itself up and down based on what is happening in the house. It turns up when someone is smoking, when I'm cooking and even when I blow dry my hair 50 feet away! It is quiet and doesn't scare my dog, its swivels smoothly and even though it is tall it is not very big in circumference so it doesn't take up too much space. I am going to keep an eye out for sales on the replacement filters because we are already at 92% filter life and we have had it 3 weeks so I don't think the filter is going to last us a full year as advertised. I think its all the smoking that kills the filter. But to have fresh air and the option of heating or cooling is great because we live in an old building with rads that don't really work and leaky windows so we will be using this in the winter to heat the living and dining rooms. I love the app! I can adjust the temp, or fan, or speed from another room! I can even check the lifespan of the filter from work so that if I see that I will need a new filter soon I can check around online to see who has the best price. If you have kids and pets and cook a lot this will help your house feel fresh and clean! I know it has been working wonders for my home! No more fabreeze needed for me! Hooray!

Let down!
Disappointed! First Dyson product to let me down. Paid more for the HP07 for the app connection. Immediately fails to pairing. WiFi is on, tried all three methods. I have other Dyson fans connect without issue. Faulty from the factory no return and I guess warranty is no value. I will pay to repair. Support cannot help. Just e-waste.
