    Finally got this Dyson product I am eyeing for during my birthday this year. The white and gold color made the unit stand out on its corner. It looked classy yet modern, and the thick lower part made it look heavy duty. The heater function worked perfectly; it warmed up my bedroom in a couple of minutes. The cooling function on the other hand, helped spread and maintain the cool air inside after I switched off the AC. As it oscillates, the air was distributed evenly, no corner was left out. The air quality graph made me aware if room deodorizing and cleaning are needed. Also, seing the green line on the screen gave peace of mind as you know the air you are breathing is clean and filtered.

    I bought this a in February mainly to use as a cooling fan in my sewing studio in summer but it is not as effective for cooling as hoped. As a heater in Winter it works well although I was not needing a heater so it hasn't been a successful purchase

    I initially bought this as an upgrade from my original air purifier to help my child who has a rare disorder and can’t process fumes properly. I didn’t know that it would become a tool when experiencing myself a bad asthma, flareup due to poor installation of a new roof. That situation led to finding five spots of mold in my roof with three being toxic. We have been using it to monitor air quality in our home while all the work has been done. We’ve also noted that when it shows elevated levels is when my daughter is not feeling well and subject to a seizure From the fumes. I will definitely be buying a second one specifically for her use as opposed to whole home use. I could not be more impressed with the design, ease of use, functionality, and reporting system that it provides.

    Happy with the air flow, don’t understand the analytics display have no idea if the air filtration is happening. Ordinary people don’t need graphs on thier display they need a genuine answer in words display. Eg it has displaced this amount of filtered air and this this is the result whatever that is. Simple layman’s terms graphs mean nothing to me. Heat can be a bit dry but otherwise very happy. Design is stunning!

    I bought this to purify the air in our room following the birth of our baby. Worked perfectly, and the heat and cool options are extremely good also, as well as the APP control of the unit. The ability to select specific degrees of movement and facing direction are handy.

    Purchased a few weeks ago, the item in my opinion was over priced before its current increase for what it does. The filters after light usage have dropped by 10% in that time. On its current performance to maintain filtration performance I expect to have to replace filers within nine months. Replacement filters are not cheap! All the above doesn’t detract from its functionality… though cooling is a little over stated. It circulates and recirculate air rather than cool it. As I already have other Dyson devices the App was previously and works well. In summary, an over priced machine which works well and is stylish in looks (personal opinion). At its current price point (recently increased and currently available). I’d certainly consider other options.

    I purchased my Dyson cool/heat purifier approximately 6 months ago. I’m not overly happy with the results especially for the price. As an air purifier it’s great, and removes smells in a short time. But as a fan or a heater it’s below par. The fan is too noisy to have in a bedroom, due to the noise of the machine. It’s similar with the heating the noise is too loud for a small room. The heating can heat my unit nicely. Cooling it really only moves the air around and not very good for cooling and is too loud. I get better results with a fan. If I knew of the noise before buying I would not. But for heating an area where your don’t mind a blowing sound it’s okay. I love the online app functionality, so I give the rating 2.5 out of 5. The sound and price let this down.

    My purifier is fabulous and worth every cent. I've also had my vacuum cleaner repaired by the Dyson team and my elderly Aunt's as well and both times they went above and beyond. Great quality products and excellent after sale service, Highly recommend Dyson.
