    Cordless dream

    I bought the Dyson V8 Absolute a month ago when my last Dyson Ball Origin (10+ years old) broke. I am a Dyson fan and wasn't sure how "heavy" or difficult to use this cordless version would be, but it has been a dream so far. I've used it on carpets, rugs, furniture and hard floors. Easy to maneuver, especially without a cord to get in the way or have to unplug/re-plug. The battery lasts sufficient time (hasn't run out or taken forever to re-charge). The waste container is smaller than I am used to, but easy to empty and clean.

    Seriously, the best vacuum cleaner we have ever bought. Power and very QUIET. Love it, but I still would not have bought it except for the reputation AND the discounted PRICE. Price was the deciding factor. Now, I'm sold on DYSON. What a great product.

    Received my Dyson V8 for Mother's Day. Having just moved into a Liftestyle village this has been a fantastic replacement for my standard vacuum cleaner. Compact and easy to use. To a bit to figure out the releasing mechanism but all good now.

    Hard worker

    Does the job

    I have owned several Dyson vacuum cleaners. This unit is somewhat more difficult to empty the canister than previous models. It sometimes requires upping the power to get better suction. All in all, it does the job.

    Best time saver appliance ever

    Omg, I knew that Dyson is a great brand but WOW! I was blown away how good my new vacuum cleaner actually really was. Normally I hate hate hate vacuuming I hate it soooo much that it usually takes me 2 days, I get so tired & sore from all the bending & dragging my vacuum cleaner around that I stop & continue the next day to finish the job. Believe me or not, I vacuumed my whole unit in 25mins, this has Never happened before. The suction on my V8 was so good that I only needed to go over my carpet once, I couldn't believe that I finished so quickly, this has never ever happened before. I had a smile from ear to ear. This is absolutely the best appliance I have ever purchased. I don't dread vacuuming my place anymore. It's quick and simple. I love that I can dismantle and clean the filters also. I'm so happy with my new V8 vacuum, light and easy to use, glides effortlessly over my carpet. If I only knew this 20 yrs ago. Thank you so much Dydon for making my life so my easier now 🥰

    Great for long hair

    Been using a Dyson DC45 for the past 10 years and upgraded to the V8. OMG. What a difference it is. The main difference if my daughters long hair no longer clogs up the brushes.
