Q: Just purchased today. It was in two sealed boxes. There was no CREVICE TOOL! There was a picture of one included in the instructions. Am I missing something??

    Great job!

    I have had my Dyson for about three weeks now and it is great. My only complaint is you have to keep holding onto the “go button “ to make it function. It would be nice if you just pushed it once then flicked it off when you had finished. I now have a blister on my hand where it rubs while I am holding the switch button down while I vacuum. Other than that that it’s great and I am a vacumcleaneraholic!

    used to the V8 style

    We had a V8 Animal but the filter top disengaged from the body so new one was required. Like the Dyson brand always in constant use, although the batteries could have a longer life.

    Dyson vacuum cleaner is superb

    Bought the Dyson V8 advanced vacuum cleaner two weeks ago. It is our first Dyson product which confirmed all good qualities we heard all through the years. Powerful suction, carpet and balcony immediately so very cleaned. Extremely user friendly at clearing the dust collector and keep V8 be recharged to full power. Definitely enjoyable by just thinking of cleaning the place any second you fancy, within five minutes, spotless clean and feeling refreshed ~ both your mind and body. Totally great good help for daily routine and solve all my worries with the aged carpet. So very grateful that I grab this model which should be over ten years since production. State of the art selection to me , Dyson, thoughtful and worth the value, definitely makes a difference.

    The attachments are great and I use it on the car.

    I’ve had the Dyson now for about a month and found it exceptional in being lightweight and manoeuvrable , the suction for a small machine is extraordinary and when you flick it to high it would almost suck the spots of a Dalmatian, I’m happy with the runtime and filtration, the dust capacity is good as I have a small apartment I only have to empty and clean it after completing a run through

    Directions to NoWhere

    I like the machine. Why can't you just included user's manual on how to empty and take care of. Why do you have to make it so to find info? Why do I keep having to log in to my account to ask question? Why couldn't you make it similar to past models and more self-evident. I like the machine. I hate your company.

    Dust capacity is small but suction is excellent

    The suction is excellent however disappointed that it only comes with a crevice tool. My old one had a Duster/ Furniture tool.

    Not the best. Not the most expensive

    Not too expensive. BUT. Heavy to push when on carpet. Useless on rugs, winds them up and then you have to start over. Could do with one straight nozzle attachment.

    New V8 Advanced hand held Dyson.

    Happy with the high power on the hand held vacuum, but it now only has 2 speeds whereas the previous model had 3. When the battery failed, it cost more foe a new battery than a replacemt The lower speed on the current model is very slow and so encourage the higher second speed!!

    Excellent Service, perfect Vac to remove pet hair

    Brought online, process was super easy. Delivery was quick within a week. Brought the V8 an excellent vac I have animals and, my rough Collie sheds hair everywhere,this is the best vac I have used to remove hair. Would highly recommend

    For those that refuse to be ordinary, go dyson.

    I bought this vacuum just 2 weeks ago, i am totally disgusted with my old vacuum. Just after one use I had filled the entire dust compartment my mind was blown at how dirty my carpets were, the suction on this machine better than i thought. Day 2 the exact same thing now I thought I was doing a good job until I bought my dyson, the dyson proved me very wrong. Since using it my house is a lot cleaner and the air is more breathable thanks to the filtration no more dust particles left behind messing up my lungs. At first being new its a little hard to push and pull but once you start it gets easier trust in it. Now I've tried hard to drain my battery but no matter what I try it still has runtime maybe my house isn't big enough but I can clean my entire house and car off just one charge what more could a busy mother and pet owner ask for.
