Q: Just purchased today. It was in two sealed boxes. There was no CREVICE TOOL! There was a picture of one included in the instructions. Am I missing something??

    Amazing, for 15 minutes at a time

    This product would receive a five-star rating if it could operate at maximum power for more than 15 minutes without battery depletion. Additionally, I would appreciate the absence of the finger/trigger holding requirement, which literally caused a blister. Furthermore, the product’s design could benefit from improvements, such as a stand alone feature. Despite my initial excitement upon receiving the Dyson, I was disappointed with its performance except when operating at maximum power for 15 minutes, u til it dies. And then you have to wait three hours for it to recharge it. Honestly took me an entire weekend just to vacuum the 700 square-foot apartment! I love the versatility of being able to get under the furniture. It was so nice and the session was really great. Went on max power like I said so close to being an amazing product yet so so far.

    Perfect sidekick!

    Versatile and easy to use! My husband makes fun of me for how much I like to use it, but I hate dirty floors and we have vinyl plank flooring and it’s hard to see anything on the floor until you step on it. I hate stepping on crumbs! The low setting is fine and battery doesn’t run out quick. I use the “ boost” for random areas needing more cleaning. Great stair tool too! Only down fall is I wish it was bigger like the v11.

    I love the V8

    This is my 2nd one of the V8. I also have another model. The thing I love most is how you empty the basket. Just pull the lever and the door opens. With my other one I have to remove the stick which is annoying.

    Bought this vac just two weeks ago, am super chuffed with it. Perfect for picking up long hairs as well as really good maneuverability. The battery is still going after the initial charge.

    Love the features

    It has good suction. I really like the way it cleans. The only problem that I have with it is the switch. When I have to hold it on. my hand gets sore and bruised. I wish there was some way that I could keep the switch on without having to hold it on. It maneuvers easy and gets in small places.

    Very happy.

    Very happy with my V8 Dyson. This was purchased to replace a V6 which was still running ok and I had for 10 + years. The V8 is much quieter with great suction even on the low suction level.

    Dyson is the most trustworthy brand for vacuums. I have bought several as gifts and 4 for myself. I only wish the filters were easier to replace and the capacity was twice as big! The battery life should be longer

    I am happy with my Dyson

    Although I wish that my Dyson stayed on "High Power" for more than 7 minutes and did not need 5 hours to fully recharge, even a low power this machine is terrific. I fly through the apartment without worrying about tripping on a power cord, the suction is wonderful at any setting. It is highly maneuverable, the bin is easy to empty and I am astounded by how much the Dyson picks up in my clean apartment. Its noise level is very low and it is pretty easy to hold in your hand. So, in short, I recommend it.

    I bought a cheaper cordless vacuum and it did the job, but we were disappointed in the strength. So when this went on sale I bought it and I am so impressed! The power boost switch is so strong I can't use it on rugs because it sucks them right up. I love having a cordless vacuum easily accessible because we get so many lava rocks and dirt tracked in. Highly recommend getting this better quality cordless vacuum if you are going to get one.

    Love it!!

    I absolutely love this vacumn! It is so lightweight and easy to use. No cords to get tangled up in. It does a great job of picking up dog hair. The only issue I had was that my bedroom carpet is too thick for it to work.

    Fantastic vacuum!

    The Dyson V8 is the best, I have two of them, a V7 and V8. One for upstairs and one for down. They are quiet, have lots of suction and get into the tightest spaces withe ease.
