A: I purhased mine today and surprisingly found that there was no crevice tool in the box but the picture of the instruction showed one. Dyson should include all tools with this price tag!

A: Yup. Believe the reviews. The battery lasts you about 3 uses depending on the size of your home. It takes me approximately five minutes to vacuum my whole house and regardless if I charge it all night it dies on you.
