A: I got mine yesterday and also no crevice tool. I read other Q&A and compared with other Dyson V8 models. This is like the basic version so it only has the regular clearhead and the combination tool.

A: Stop looking. I spent a day looking for the crevice tool thinking I'd misplaced it after unpacking. Checked the listing online and there's NO crevice tool included with this model!

A: Yup. Believe the reviews. The battery lasts you about 3 uses depending on the size of your home. It takes me approximately five minutes to vacuum my whole house and regardless if I charge it all night it dies on you.
