A: Only the removable cover, not the foam. Care instructions say wipe the foam to clean.
submitted byLily - 1 year agoA: NO! The foam will not dry! Over 7 hours (intermittently) in the dryer on high…Still damp. Have no choice but to throw it out. Wish I hadn’t listened to the response that it could be machined washed.

These had a serious off-gassing smell which persisted for 2 weeks! Ultimately, we spritzed the foam with vinegar and water and left to dry with time in the sunshine too. Sun did turn the blue insert to a greenish color, but they smell fine now and we do love the feel of these as this was second set purchased. That’s why the 3 star rating.

I tried this pillow for a few weeks and had to get rid of it because I was unable to sleep on my back, I think it was because the pillow was too high. I was only able to sleep on my left side since my right arm starts to hurt after sleeping on my right side. I would toss and turn all night because I kept waking up since the pillow felt hard against my head after sleeping for a period of time. I really wanted to like this pillow and get used to it and I really tried.. by the way there was a strong smell but it left after a couple of weeks.

I am a side sleeper and have been having a lot of neck pain recently and decided to try a new pillow to see if that would help. The good news is that this pillow is very comfortable, holds its shape, and seems to be helping with neck pain after only a few nights. The bad news is that the horrible chemical smell other reviews describe is no joke. I am not a particularly sensitive person about odors and it is really bothering me. I am hoping it will go away given time, but so far it is bad enough that I am deducting 2 stars just for the smell.

I love the feeling and firmness of this pillow. However it does smells bad of chemicals. I even put on a pillow case cover and another pillow case on top and the smell is still pretty bad also a normal king size pillow case is way too big for this pillow since it’s more flat than most pillows. I think a queen size pillow case would fit so much better.
