Q: Will this brace impead your ability to breathe in any manner? I wear a binder on my chest that is compression and I don't want the combintation of the two to cause me any trouble

Q: Can it be washed in the washing machine?

A: No, this product cannot be machine washed. Please see the following cleaning instructions: First, if your support has hinges, clips or metal splints, remove them. Then close all straps and fasteners and hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry. DO NOT machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean or use fabric softener or bleach on the brace. Worked Great during pulled muscle
I pulled a back muscle a few days prior to purchasing this. I could not even stand up straight, like looked like the letter S. After putting this on I was able to stand better, have better posture and reduced the pain in my back. Yes it does block your belt and top of your pants, it’s a back support. I don’t know what others are complaining about...that’s where it is supposed to go, around your lower back. I would recommend for back issues and better posture.

They changed the 'width', now it's uncomfortable
I'd been wearing this velcro back thing for several years, and liked it, but they've changed the 'width' (top to bottom size) and it's way too wide, not comfortable. I'll keep looking, maybe I can find an older one for sale somewhere.
