Nice watch!
I don’t have anything bad to say about the watch and personally think it was a great buy. Previously had the Coros Pace 4 which I didn’t care for.

An okay watch.
This is my 4th Garmin Instinct. The AMOLED is my first, and visibility wise it’s great and the ability to change background colors is good. The wrist gesture is so so, and for me too long of a delay and I have to over exaggerate turning my wrist. Battery life is less than 18 days vs the 28 plus I am used to. If turn off wrist gesture to constant on it’s a bit over a week. Not using pulse ox, which clearly would drain it even faster. I do military/gov contract work and the non AMOLED could last a few weeks in the field. My old ones all died after a year or two. Sadly I fear this one will be the same. Not sure if I would buy a new and improved one, unless it’s proven it’s self for a few years. Battery issues seem to be the down side. Oddly I can’t attach images.

Step-by-step instructions
I actually like my Garmin watch very much! The only downside is the fact that step-by-step instructions explaining the many functional features of the (4) does not exist. This would be extremely helpful for us seniors!!!

Awesome watch
I bought the Ascent 3 after my Fitbit watch quit working and all I can say is that I am extremely impressed. From longer battery life to built in GPS to many more customizable options and features, this is the watch to have. I can’t wait to use it during my archery hunts this year.

Great upgrade from Instinct 1
Upgraded from an Instinct 1 mainly because I could no longer read the small fonts indoors. That watch still works fine and I’m keeping it for rougher duty such as backpacking. The Instinct 3 amoled is easily read indoors and out, especially with the larger font choice. I like the customization of watch faces, better widgets, and the ability to connect to my inReach Messenger.

AMOLED for the Instinct series
I am not a runner or cyclist. I primarily do hiking, walking, strength training and cardio HIIT. However, I do occasionally enjoy a scenic bike ride or a lite jog. This why I like the Instinct series; I get all the health and fitness data I want and need in a rugged case. So purchasing the Instinct 3 was a nice upgrade from the Instinct 2. I still use the Instinct 2 on outdoor sunny days and the Instinct 3 for all other activities. The Instinct series is my go-to watch for tracking health & fitness from now on.

Amazing watch built to last
Absolutely love this watch. Had it a week or two and it’s way better than I thought it would be. I specifically bought this watch because it doesn’t have a touch screen and is built like a tank. I ride atvs and SxS and wear this 24/7. I wear this in the pool on the trails and it’s looks great wearing it to my corporate office ever day. The battery life is unbelievable. Charged it once since owning. It had been worn for 10 days and still had 50% charge. Tracks heart rate and sleep way better than any of my past fitbits. Only thing Ididnt realize was that food tracking requires a subscription. The amoled screen is amazingly bright and clear to read.

I bought Instinct® 3 – 45 mm, AMOLED about a month ago. So far, so good. However, Garmin has not developed an option for Roller Skiing, which is unfortunate.

Very good value
I love the detailed colors this watch can produce. When i learned it had a light on it, I actually laughed and said how dumb... ITS AWESOME.. I use it so much I can not believe it. The connectivity to Garmin Connect for my events is very nice. I had a Fenix 5 that finally would not connect to charge.. it was 12-14 years old and I loved it very much. Battery life is also amazing. Thank you !

Great Watch! Rugged yet Refined.
I got this for my birthday this summer and was very surprised at how much I liked it. The look of the watch is not quite as nice as my last one (Legacy Series), but the functionality and battery life more than make up for it. I opted for the Amoled as I wanted the nicer screen, and to (hopefully) only have to charge once a week or longer vs daily with my last watch. This met my needs perfectly, and I was truly impressed at how sharp the screen is, even showing me images that come through via messaging (I was not expecting that level of quality). All in all, it seems rugged yet sharp, and I am very happy.

Super watch
The watch was a gift. The flashlight is useful, and the steps added on the face, rather than me going to the app, was a huge plus. What an amazing watch. The sleep tracking is also fantastic and provides vital info on my health

Great Health and Tracking Features!
I love the heath stats like VO2 max but getting a bad sleep score might ruin your day like mine. I never cared about bad sleep until now but if you don’t focus on it, it won’t matter. GPS Accuracy is insane. I use a wahoo bike computer with a speed sensor and this watch was 1 mile more accurate than the bike computer. This watch is AMAZING!! Would definitely recommend, especially if it is on sale.

Great Watch
I have had it few weeks and have only put it on the charger once. Great battery. I have alarms to wake me up during the week that I never have to reset. GPS matches my bike computer. Has a great flashlight when I need it. Good buy.

Pleased so far
5 stars so far. I’m very pleased with this watch after owning for a month. I have used most of the features to include running, hiking, walking, pickle ball, compass, and phone-connected functions such as quick view of text messages and call ID of incoming calls. The real barometer and magnetic compass are nice features and appear to be mostly accurate. I’m also pleased with the battery life. It does show to have an 18-day charge when fully charged, but recording activities that require the GPS, compass and other sensors does accelerate battery drain. Oh yeah, the flashlight has already came in handy a few times. My previous Garmin, a Vivo, has lasted over 14 years! I hope to get as much out of this one. Not taking a star for this, but a wireless charging option would make this almost the perfect option for me.
