I HAVE NERVE DAMAGE FROM A POST BACK SURGERY EPIDURAL HEMATOMAA I have nerve damage from a post back surgery epidural hematoma and suffer from frequent, deep muscle spasms and the massage bar relieves the pain and the nerve spasm within minutes. It can be used as often and for as long as needed.

Self Service Massage. At first I wasn't sure if this was going to be useful at all, or just flat out overpriced; But after having it for a while and not being able to go out for physical therapy......thanks to this pandemic.... this item have proved its worth. It's also kind of fun to play with by spinning it lol

I'm in love! This massage bar has become my new best friend! I suffer from fibromyalgia and neuropathy and I have experienced a decrease in my pain and discomfort since I started using it on my legs. It also works great when your muscles are sore from working out or overexertion.
