The base is cracked so the handle pops out when spraying. Can't return as threw away packaging - my bad. Worthless but have had better luck before with Bona. Sounds like this may be an issue that is happening more frequently based on other reviews.

Its a rag on a stick.
1) the product itself - the canister that was supposed to be pre-filled was completely empty. I assumed it was a fluke and didn’t get filled in the factory. Emailed Bona customer service and they want me to call instead. I filled the canister with the refill jug - Get a funnel! It’s difficult to refill without spilling. When I closed the cap and flipped it to put in the mop, everything spilled everywhere. Broken. That’s why it arrived empty. My small kitchen is flooded with an entire canisters worth of cleaner. (Yes, I made sure the cap was on all the way.) Even with an entire canisters worth of liquid on my floor, it still didn’t really clean up spots. I had to get a dishtowel to mop up the excess cleaner and that’s when the spot I needed lifted got cleaned, and I didn’t need to scrub hard. The point of the mop was to not get on my hands and knees, but in the end I still have to do that. ——— if you are going to buy this - buy In-Store, not online because -A) there is a $5 coupon attached to the box to be used On This Mop. Useless when the mop is already purchased and shipped to you. -B) Target’s shipping policy is that it doesn’t matter Where your package gets delivered, as long as it is delivered *somewhere.* So when you don’t receive your $75 order, they will not refund you or resend your order because “it was marked delivered and there was a photo of it delivered.” No, you will not receive this photo proof of the delivery to confirm it was your address. The driver could deliver every package to his own house and that’s fine! It was marked delivered! I almost never find myself needing to use Customer Service but Target’s customer service never fails to be horrible about it when I do. This mop has been nothing but trouble. I don’t trust that Target will let me return it because it’s opened and used and they already gave me a lot of trouble with this order. And Bona is not accessible if you have trouble with phone calls and prefer email. But that is my experience and everyone has their own, so if you decide to see if this mop is for you - at least buy in-store and use the $5 coupon attached to the box.

Spraying function quits only last a year or less
Highly disappointed I purchased two of these bona spray mops and the spray function broke on both less than a year- I and a mom of two little so I'm always busy cleaning and would not recommend wasting your money on this product because I already wasted twice and now I'm on the market looking for a new mop due to my sprayer function not working.

Extremely Disappointed – Spray Function Is just in Product title
I purchased this Bona spray mop with high expectations due to the microfiber pad and promising features. Unfortunately, upon opening and attempting to use it, the spray mechanism was entirely non-functional. After countless attempts, not a single drop came out, completely wasting my time and effort. It’s incredibly frustrating to invest $33 into a product whose primary selling point doesn’t even work. I’ll be returning this immediately and opting instead for a basic mop without the spray feature. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this particular model altogether.

Worn out after few days
When I squeeze to spray, it pops out of place. I just purchased it less than 2 weeks ago so I used it a very few amount of times. I was wondering why it kept popping out of place when I squeeze to spray and to my surprise, the part that keeps it in place is worn out. HOW?!?! I have barely used it and I don’t squeeze like a little kid using a water toy. The piece should be thicker at least. I’m so disappointed I wasted my money because these are not cheap. I really liked the how wide it is and how gentle it is on the floors, especially when you have pets but what’s the point. Would not buy again :(

Works OK until sprayer gets clogged
The mop itself is sturdy, and works well unless you really have to scrub and then it flips like all flat mops tend to do when you use it too vigorously. The sprayer clogs over time andI manage to use a pin and clear the line and now the spray isn't as uniform. I will keep using this mop for light use. It isn't great if you have some serious caked on stuff unless you want to carry it around and prespray the floor to soak and use 3 pads to get the floor really clean

I have only used a few times and the trigger constantly goes loose and will not pump. Removing and replacing the bottle doesn't work anymore. I splurged on this and now just disappointed. Can't return now.

Like others have stated, removing the bottle is very difficult and frustating. I wonder how many negative reviews it will take Bona to fix this problem. I like the solution and Bona is recommended by manufacturers of flooring products.

Not what I thiught it would be.
Too heavy for a quick and easy mop/solution. We had one of these years ago and lost it in a move. The price point has made me steer towards other solutions. I’m returning this item this week when have the chance to get back to Target. Love the idea of a new pad every time, it being quick, it’s just too heavy. Im 7 months pregnant and need all the energy I can. Stuck between wanting something more than a swiffer and busting out my shark vacuum mop that requires cleaning. Overall, just not it for us and I can’t recommend it. It seems like a sturdy product, I will give it that.

Dont waste your money.
After 2 months The handle to spray stopped working it gets stuck and then I pull it out and press and press and it won’t spray anymore. I thought maybe it was clogged but every now and then it would spray out so it’s not the bottle is the handle. Of course I couldn’t return it to target so it’s trash. I thought this would be better cause it would be easy to refill but like I said don’t waste your money
