    Totes Hefty

    Missing one handle. So upset about it. The guy who brought it to my car dropped them. It probably fell off then. Product good service not so good. I don’t walk so I depend on the help of others.

    Straight horrible experience. Every time I order from target they never have nothing they advertising online. They have many items in stock online but when shoooing get to the store it's 0 of the item they state they have. Annoying which is why I stopped shopping with target . Then the shopper DJ customer service was horrible left the store didn't inform me of the alternative I could choose after I asked numerous of time. Just straight horrible and no customer service at all. Then ship who is who target use is horrible and no help at all. Client waiting on time all that time and they know no order is coming and do not say nothing. I'm over target and the people they use to ship. If I could give a zero to them all I would but then they don't even serve a zero that's just how horrible they was

    extremely hard to open

    if you use the latches to hold the lid in place its very difficult to open. you basically need a butter knife to pry them. I have a tin of locking storage bins and this one is laughably poor design. the lid is also very flimsy and will not support much more then a few lbs stacked on it. the tote itsself is OK. we are just using it for a temporary clutter catch all so it works for us since we really dont need the lid. I would absolutely not buy this for long term storage or if you need to use the latching top. I bought it for $12 on sale so for the price its an ok value.
