I bought this knifes and after 3 months of regular use in a home kitchen the cables are faded, and the blading are rusting. I asked for replacement, but it was denied saying the detergent I am using is not adequate. I have several knives set, most of them chipper than this one, never have faced issues like this. The quality is bad, and the company does not cover the warranty, be advised.

Our warranty covers defects in manufacturing processes and materials; however, it does not extend to damage resulting from regular use, misuse, or care practices that are not aligned with our guidelines. We recommend following the Use & Care guidelines provided with your set to prevent rusting and fading. This includes ensuring the knives are thoroughly dried after washing and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture. Regarding the handles fading, regular dish soap should not cause issues. I’ve been wanting new knives for about 12 years and after all my research, Henkels was the brand everyone suggested. Glad I went with it because I love my new set! The knives are SHARP, I haven’t been able to slice something so easily in years. The block is way longer than my previous one (probably because it’s a self sharpening block?) but it look gorgeous in my kitchen! Will be recommending this set to everyone!

Henckels have always been a favorite of mine, and I am very happy to have this set. The knives come sharp; my only concern is that the "self-sharpening" may end up causing more harm than good in the long run.

This is exactly what I’ve needed. Not only a nice quality knife set for all my kitchen cutting needs, but a functional and beautiful countertop knife block to hold these amazing tools. Plus, the built in knife sharpener is a game changer! That’s partly why I wanted this set - my old knives were dull and had no wood block to call home! Great by overall.

I simply love this knife set my husband got this for me 6 years ago and I tell you they are so sharp and the quality is amazing they have not rusted or anything I hate that someone busted me and stole my small paring knife and I so heart broken… But this is definitely a great purchase for anyone looking for a Knife block set❤️
