Not good quality for the price
Works fines when I can get it applied but I’m applying it to my back and shoulders which is pretty much next to impossible to do without these sticking to themselves and becoming useless. Not good quality for the price

Perfect for stubborn body acne
These patches work just as well for your body as they do on your face. I love that they're super large so they cover enough area with one patch and you don't have to use a bunch of smaller ones, but you can definitely cut them into a different size/shape if you need to.

Really works
My husband used to suffer from some pretty severe back acne. Ever sense helping him exfoliate his back and neck in the shower followed by toning and applying these body patches it was obvious the very first time removing the patches over night that absorbed all the “ick” to the point of the zit almost completely hollowed out. We started a routine out of this and in no time the patches of inflamed white heads were removed of the puss inside allowing the medicine to enter the open wound drying it completely out. These patches are the reason that we were able to relieve him of his back ance. We also use them on his chest, not only do these patches drain the pimples they also help with inflammation and dark spots or scaring. Plus we all know how well hero patches help from picking causing all the damage we try to avoid. We love the body patches!

The type of acne I have is cystic and I could never find any pimple patches that actually managed to take the gunk out of my face or even cover the acne I have, I saw these and thought why not try it out and it WORKED SO WELL I woke up and was amazed at how much puss was pulled out and I have never seen any other pimple patch do that for me. They r very large but I just cut them to size

Does the Job
I received this product for free, but all thoughts are my own. I often struggle with bacne during summer when I play tennis and this is really helpful for that time of year! If you struggle with big acne patches on your body, I’d consider buying.

Hero Cosmetics, you’ve done it again! I’ve used Mighty Patches for years(Original, Micropoint, invisible+); so when Hero sent over a free pack of the new Body Mighty Patches, I was excited to try them! Opening the pack for the first time, I loved how smooth, soft, and pliable the body patch is. The notches are perfectly designed, making it easier to adhere to the body. And so, I loved how I didn’t have to worry about the patch falling off or scrunching up when I moved. I applied the body mighty patch on my under the skin chestne at night. I pressed the patch down for about 15 seconds, (it stuck right away and was NOT going anywhere!), and went to bed. Also, I love how it almost looks invisible on the skin! In the morning I noticed my under the skin chestne was noticeably smaller, and the bumps were not as raised! And that’s just after using ONE patch! The Body Mighty Patch with this xx LARGE surface area is PERFECT for chestne, backne, shoulders, legs- anywhere where you have a larger patch of bumps!! I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, Hero Cosmetics is the only pimple patch brand I reach for!🫶🏽 Thanks Hero!

If you get breakouts on your shoulder or back, you need to have this patch in your cabinet. It is so easy to use, and I like that it does have some stretch to it as well. These aren't those flimsy patches you may have gotten from another brand.

You could even cut them in half or into smaller pieces if you needed to. It comes in a 4 pack. So happy that I got to test these patches out. I will defiantly be placing a order with more of these.

I loved how well they stick to the skin, even overnight. Within a few days, I noticed the affected areas looked cleaner and less inflamed. Painless and effective body acne patch
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was provided with the Mighty Patch Body XXL Acne Patch thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel. At times I get small breakouts on my chest. The more my skin rubs with the fabric of my clothing the worse it becomes. This skincare product gave me a chance to get ahead and prevent my acne breakout from becoming worse. The XXL Body Acne Patch is a decent size. I think that if it were any bigger it would be hard to apply. The patch itself is easy to open and peel, but I had a little difficulty applying the patch to myself so that it was smooth against my skin. I applied it over my target area and although it was wrinkly it was still comfortable. One huge plus for me is that it doesn’t have a harsh chemical smell. If it did I don’t think I could wear it. Once applied, I went to bed. The following morning the patch was still stuck right where it was supposed to be. It was easy and painless to peel off, however it did leave a little redness. Once the redness was gone I could tell that my acne had improved. The patch didn’t look disgusting, which I was super thankful for. The following day my breakout was pretty much gone. Overall, I was pleased with my experience and can see keeping these on hand for when I have breakouts on my chest and also my back. If you haven’t used them yet, they are definitely worth a try.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love using acne dots on my face, and I find them to be very helpful. Especially when it comes to picking pimples. I was excited to try the body patch. Unfortunately, it didn't do anything for me or my daughter. She's a teenager, so her acne is a little more pronounced than mine is. The patches are a good size, covers a decent area. They aren't too sticky that they hurt removing, but sticky just enough to keep them in place while running, jumping, sleeping, etc. They do help to keep fingers off, but they didn't help our blemishes to heal any faster, unfortunately. I'm glad we received these for free from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I would not purchase these again.

Mighty acne patch
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always loved the small acne patches for my face but the XXL acne patch that I tried through the Stellar Panel testing panel is now a new favorite for me! I was nervous about it being uncomfortable to sleep in been when I woke up I had forgotten it was even on! I also could believe how much gunk was on the patch. What looked like the start of small blemishes the night before were gone by the morning! It was easy to apply, even to challenging areas, and it had no problem with it staying it place. This acne patch is mighty and is definitely one of my new favorite must haves!
