Doesn't have temp control. Gets way too hot. Sorry to have spent so much. Very heavy.

I literally use a silicone spatula to get the cheese off. It doesn't stick at all!! You don't need to squish it yourself either! It presses down on its own.

It is super easy to use. It heats up quickly and evenly, and it stays at a consistent temperature. The best feature is the ceramic nonstick plates. Nothing sticks, even when cheese oozes out of the sides of the sandwich and burn on the plates. This makes clean ups a breeze. It also allows me to hardly use any oil, which I appreciate. It's the perfect size for making multiple sandwiches at a time, but not super big that I have no where to store it. Finally, the quality is fantastic; it seems to be a sturdy, well-made machine.

We had a slight issue with the cheese sticking to the grill pan but was easily wiped away with a Wet sponge. Ensure you spray your Panini Maker with A high temperature spray such as avocado oil to ensure there will be no residue left over when creating your fabulous meals.

It heats up quick and is easy to use. The non-stick ceramic plates are the real game changer for me. They make clean up super quick and simple. I have also found it to be really versatile and works for way more than just paninis. It is my new favorite addition to my small kitchen appliances.

I love the Panini press, but this Panini press is damaged and it tilts from one corner to the next. It does not stay firm and the ceramic top is scratched. I got it on sale.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is absolutely the best appliances that I have ever made. I use for nearly all of my meals. This surface seem pretty even as far as heating goes. I'm not detecting any hot spots so that's a big plus because I had that on a previous grill. I've never had a panini press before so I'm experimenting. It seem to work like it's to supposed to with the heating and nonstick features. I do wish the plates could remove for washing. Would tell a family looking for one to give this a try I think you will be very happy with your purchase.
