Awesome experience
My iPhone 13 died and the gentleman who assisted me at the store was terrific. Without my password and other pertinent information, he was able to restore my information to a new iPhone 17. Without him I would still be struggling three days later.

Easy phone upgrade and tradein
AT&T made it easy to upgrade and the trade in process was seamless. This time the trade in was also worthwhile and led to a credit on the bill. Thanks!

Hi, Ivan cervantes. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on your new iPhone 17e. We are so glad to hear that your new phone is working perfectly for you, even though the color options were not exactly what you wanted this time around. We know how much a favorite color can mean, and missing out on that classic gold finish is a completely understandable disappointment. To help bring back that golden look you love, we highly recommend exploring our selection of protective cases so you can easily customize your device to match your personal taste. Thank you again for taking the time to leave this feedback and being part of the AT&T family.

Great Phone Overall.
Great Phone, just wish that it had better sound control options available. Overall, it is a great phone for someone who doesn't want one that is too complex to navigate.

Ease of transfer
I had an iPhone 8 for many years afraid to upgrade due to the difficulty of the transfer process. Fear of losing data and app access was my biggest concern. However, when I finally did the upgrade I was astonished. When the phone arrived, I unboxed it and was nervous; however, it just said to turn on my old phone and make sure it was nearby. To my surprise, it began to do its thing. The whole process took a little more than 2 hours, but it was absolutely perfect, with very few prompts or questions at each step.

Unhappy
If you’re a customer of Cricket, you are not allowed to switch to AT&T. They consider them the same company so we had no choice but to go to T-Mobile. This is unfortunate because I wanted to be AT&T customer

I was looking for an updated iPhone to replace my SE 2022 to expand the storage capacity and decided the iPhone 17e was a candidate.

iPhone 17e is a great switch
I’m loving this phone. It took a minute to adjust to the size from using the 13 pro max before, but I love how simple the design is with just the one camera lense. I just wish it came in a pro max size with higher storage options.

17e volume lacking on Facetime
When receiving a Facetime call the phone will not immediately ring and calls are dropped since the receiver will not receive a ring until the caller has heard the phone ring more than 5 times and subsequently hangs up. Calls should immediately ring but they dont

Hello there, Evelyn. Thanks for your review. We sincerely apologize for the frustration this is causing with your new iPhone 17e. We understand how important it is for your calls to come through instantly, and missing FaceTime connections because of a delayed ring is certainly not the seamless experience we want for you. To help resolve this, we recommend trying these quick troubleshooting steps: • Check 'Silence Unknown Callers': Go to Settings > Phone and ensure this isn't delaying notifications from contacts. • Refresh FaceTime: Go to Settings > FaceTime, toggle it off, restart your phone, and toggle it back on to refresh the connection to the server. • Reset Network Settings: Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This can often clear up delays in signal reception. If these steps don't fix the delay, we want to look into your network signal and device settings further. Please reach out to us at att.com/support/wireless for a live chat or call us at 800-331-0500 so we can ensure your iPhone 17e is performing exactly as it should. Alternatively, you can also contact Apple support at 800-275-2273 or at support.apple.com.

iPhone 11 to 17e
I like the size almost identical to my old iPhone 11. I bought the additional memory 512 should be plenty for my usage.
