Average
The phone is fine, average iPhone- but my real issue is with ATT & the recent rate hikes. I get it the $7.4 million a year isn’t enough for Cook. Ya know the media wants you to believe it’s the poor people that are a “drain” on society, but I think we are in this situation because it’s the rich that are squeezing us dry. I digress. AT&T recently increased each line by $5 and supposedly added more hotspot time. I have a lot of my family members on my plan in order to save money, but my bill just increased over $50. Unfortunately, for me, I never have to use hotspot, nor do I wanna start kicking family members off my plan - so the new price is just a total loss. I have asked AT&T about any other plans and apparently I’m on the cheapest one. I have been with AT&T since the early 2000s. I never thought I’d say this, but I think it’s time to find another carrier.

Unhappy
Inside a tornado, we were a customer of Cricket and wanted to change to AT&T, but they would not do it because they consider Cricket part AT&T is unfortunate because I wanted to be AT&T customer
