Some good, some not
I've had the speaker for a few weeks. The sound quality is very good, with an unexpected amount of bass. But it's unreliable in Bluetoothing into my computer. Right now the computer says it's using the JBL speaker but the sound is coming from the tinny computer speakers. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, and I haven't been able to find a setting to fix it.

If our JBL Go 4' isn't visible: Perform a factory reset. To do this, ensure the device is on, then press and hold the Play/Pause and '+' buttons simultaneously for over 2 seconds. 2. After Reset: Re-pair the unit and test if the sound plays through it. 3. If you continue to experience issues, please contact us for further assistance.
