Finally had to replace 10 year old Keurig. Am creature of habit. New maker came with no instructions as to how to clean, etc. Old one had different setting for coffee, hot chocolate, or just water. Having trouble adjusting to no read out screen on new maker. Brew is fine but don't know if I really like it yet.

This machine is awful. Nothing but problems. Set up carefully according to instructions and still troubleshooting daily. Kcup overflowing with grounds and stops brewing midcycle.

Great machine. Last one I had similar to this lasted 7 years. This one seems to be a slight upgrade. Hope it lasts just a long but seems to have quicker heat up time and is a bit quieter. Love it.

I had to replace my 2.0 and wanted something similar but with the iced coffee option added. Pros, sleeker design, more sturdy closing latch, and drip tray is much better than previous models. The iced coffee option is also a pro. Cons would be it is not a Digital Touch screen. It’s a pain to change the time or to set on auto on and off. The previous 2.0 touch screen was so much more up with the times. Easier to program in a pinch. This one you have to keep hitting buttons to get to where you want and to end when you’ve made a selection. You can’t just easily go to what you need to do. The holder is different so you will need to buy a new pod if you grind your own. I also don’t like the water reservoir lid. Previous models had a lid that was easier to stay on when placing it back on the machine. The 2.0 had a section that lifted partially so you didn’t always have to remove the whole canister. And the lid stayed on better when trying to place it on. All in all. It feels like a sturdier machine in general. But the rest of the features make it seem like they went backwards with technology. If they could incorporate this machine with a digital. That would be amazing.

Nice features, really like the "strong" option and iced coffee/tea feature. Able to use a large coffee tumbler without removing overfill container. Only con is the programming instructions not very clear. Spent more time trying to program instead of using the machine. Overall very happy with our purchase.
