Q: Will it say on the box what the product is when it is delivered? It is a Christmas gift and I don't want them to know what it is.
A: Mine was not in Target box. Just sitting on my porch for all to see.

Q: Will Perfect Pod EZ-cup filters fit?
A: It works with any pod made to work in K-cup brewers. Since the brewer simply flows water through the coffee it would have no negative effects on the brewer itself.

Please understand, we strongly recommend that you use only Keurig branded pods, otherwise we may not be able to replace your brewer if the problem is related to the pods being used.

Q: Is the cold brew option good? How is the flavor of the coffee? Is it worth it to buy this model to get the cold brew option too?
A: Thanks for your question! The K-Elite does not make cold brew coffee. It has an Iced button that makes iced coffee easy by pre-selecting the perfect settings so you can enjoy a full-flavored, delicious beverage when brewing over ice. We hope this is helpful!

Q: Filters and cleaning, how often do you replace filters and how much cleaning solution do you use when cleaning reservoir?

Q: Does this work with universal reusable k-cup keurig sells? It claims to fit all Keurigs but other people and I found it DOES NOT fit all Kuerigs.
A: Hi! Our My K-Cup Universal Reusable Coffee Filter is compatible with our K-Elite coffee maker. Please note, you may need to remove the 2.0 adapter on the bottom of the accessory and the K-Cup Holder in your brewer in order for it to fit properly.
