It’s a tragedy that so many of these plastic machines are ending up in landfills every year or so! My previous Keurig worked great for eleven years, this machine lasted 15 months. Like many other reviewers, I completed the descaling procedure according to the directions and then it never turned back on. The Keurig name no longer stands for quality and durability. Save your money and our planet.

This replacement is perfect. Upon comparison, the first one must have had a defect in the lid/lifting mechanism that caused the handle to break. This replacement opens and closes smoothly and softly without grinding.

My old Keurih was similar but This one doesn't give you options like Hot Water, Temperature Control, and Strength of brew which were excellent features. I used both of these a lot. To me, the pricing is quite expensive for this very simple coffee maker

This coffee maker does not have a long shelf life. This is my THIRD one. This time it only last 6 months. I’ve bought from Target and Amazon for this coffee maker and it’s like the motor can’t handle it
