Bait and switch
I was very disappointed because when I placed the order for this item, I am sure it did not mention that it was lightly used and refurbished. After I ordered it, the order then referred to it as a refurbished item. I saw other people in the review, subsequently, said the same thing. I would not have purchased it had I known it had already been used. I just wanted a new hand mixer. Very confusing.

Refurbished item
If this was the refurbished mixer, it should have indicated in the tilte! I didn't notice it until I received the package, and it had a refurbished sticker on it. I felt like I have been deceived! I am returning it, but I cannot return the insurance I bought it with so no refund! ugh! You have to go all the way down until the product details which is next down from the highlights of the mixer where it explains about it throughly. It has all the information you need to know about the mixer so I didnt bothere to go down further to the product details where it has only 1 sentence to say that it is refurbished. Just let the customers know that it is refurbished. why dubious about it?

Missing Required Parts
I really should’ve listened to these reviews… I wanted to get a hand mixer but couldn’t fully afford a brand new one, so I bought this refurbished one. Now I know that refurbished items can have flaws but are working. Well I received mine today and it’s literally missing the whisks. What is the point of having a mixer if it isn’t even able to mix things. Quite literally the worst purchase I’ve had from Target. If something is refurbished it should at least be able to serve its purpose and without the parts to mix, the mixer is pointless. 0/10 recommend.
