Rescue your roots in between colorings. This 10-minute permanent hair color root touch up is a low ammonia color gel with built in conditioning and an aromatic scent. Magic Root Rescue is recommended to cover gray hair for root regrowth of less than three weeks. It's quick precision applicator makes touching up roots fast and easy and it covers 100 percent of your grays. No uneven touch-ups, just seamless, beautiful color from root to tip. The Root Rescue hair dye kit is available in a color palette ranging from jet black to medium golden brown and light blonde. Packaging may vary. What you receive may not be what is reflected on site.

Did not cover grays at all
This is the first and last time I will ever waste my time and money on this product. I had about 3mm of grays showing and I wanted to cover them because school is starting tomorrow. This product didn’t even tint the gray, it simply didn’t cover at all. I’ve been coloring my hair for 20 years and I never experienced a dye not leaving ANY color at all before today. What a waste. Add insult to injury, it cost more than the whole bottle of dye I normally use.

Great Color Coverage BUT Spreads- TOO too drippy
I have used the 9 color several times and I do really like the coverage and how long it lasts however it is incredibly thin and liquidy what that means is after a few minutes of application it starts to drip down as in my intention of covering the roots of a half inch slides to full inch or more- since this is permanent, I’m sure that means it is going over my old hair that does not to be need to be recolored. I am aftaid of causing extra damage. The quantity in the container is small so it only covers my crown area. I had to get this three stars because I cannot use it knowing that it will color my already colored hair by spreading, which will cause a lot of damage if they could make the formula thicker so it would not drip like crazy that would help. I also put thick conditioner on the rest of my hair dry that is not colored so that it will not wash into my longer blond strands at rinse out. I am a dedicated at home Hair Colorist so I have used numerous formulas over the last 35 years. I don’t recall using one that spreads so quickly. over untreated hair.

Easy Application, Amazing Results
I am so impressed with this product. I have been tinting my hair for decades. More often than not, I have been disappointed with the results as my natural base is medium brown and I have tried to color it everything from red to blonde. I have finally decided to embrace my natural color and color my grays. This does amazing. To be honest, I have a short pixi, so the product comtains just enough product to color my hair. The results are shiny and natural looking. I use Medium Ash Brown and it provides a medium/dark brown result.

I bought a Medium Brown Root Touch-up kit since my hair was medium brown with some old highlights. Can you imagine my surprise when I washed my hair after coloring & my hair turned up BLACK with a little tint of of reddish color… it looked awful!!!

Color much darker than in past
I have used this product for several years. I always buy the same color, light brown. Use it exactly the same way I had in the past, for the same amount of time and the color is much darker! Wash my hair multiple times trying to lighten it up, and it is slowly fading. Not sure if product was defective or they've changed their color? Either way I will not take the chance and use again

Not a good design
I liked the idea of this product but is a terrible design. I had difficulty spreading the product evenly. The bristles were too soft and the dye would get clogged up when squeezing the bottle. There was no where near enough product for me to cover everything. Not worth the money. 👎🏼
