Sucks after they changed it
Whatever they did to the formula of this is awful. I've been loyal to this mascara for just about 20 years, I've always gotten compliments and loved how it lengthened and curled my lashes. For a while I knew something was different, but thought maybe I just got some bad batches. After googling to see if they had changed the mascara, it said it's now a tubing mascara and no longer the original I fell in love with. Had to jump ship, it never worked well for me after the swap. sucks.

Terrible - can't get it off!
I can't use regular eye makeup removers due to allergies, so I've always used mascaras that can be removed with baby oil (like my mother and grandmother!). I starting used this mascara when my old favorite got discontinued, and it worked well for me. But this latest batch I ordered is clearly a different formula. I can't get it off my eyes for anything!! I had to get a regular eye makeup remover and even that doesn't work well, plus I'm reacting to it which is why I don't use those in the first place. I'm so tired of companies trying to fix what isn't broken! You ruined a great product.

Was the best now the WORST
I have used this since high school and I am now in my 40’s. I began to have really irritated dry eyes and could not figure it out. I didn’t even think it could be the mascara because I had been using it for so long with no issues. I noticed the mascara smelled bad and different than usual. I thought it was just a bad batch so I bought another one and same thing. It doesn’t smell the same or perform the same. I realized they changed the formula and it is now HORRIBLE. I never understand why companies messes with a good thing. So many of my friends used this and now we all hate it. Not to mention I went months thinking I had a bad allergy problem and it was this mascara all along. You lost a long time customer L’Oréal.

I’ve been using this mascara for at least 10 years. I’d like the idea of buying two mascaras at once, therefore I have a back up and then I know it’s time to buy two more. It works really well on the top lashes as well as on the bottom lashes, it doesn’t flake and/or get into your eyes either.

I used this for 10 years and then started using a more expensive brand. Decided to come back to Voluminous and am so disappointed with the new formula. Still looks good on, but flakes and is NOT washable. Hard to get off even with makeup remover. Will it purchase again unless Re formulated.

"New Look" is TERRIBLE
The original voluminous mascara was my holy grail product. The "new look" is not just a look. The original formula has been changed and it is TERRIBLE. I've been using this product for 15+ years. It used to be the very best mascara I could find. It is heartbreaking when a company changes a holy grail product like this. The new formula is drying, stiff, makes my lashes fall out, and is impossible to remove (not waterproof version). After using only this mascara for 15+ years, I am in the market for a new mascara. PLEASE CHANGE THE FORMULA BACK TO THE ORIGINAL.
