Disappointed

Its a pretty cooker however it worked once. This was a gift. When my mother tried to use it a 2nd time it didnt work. My mother had placed a chicken in the morning to later come back to the pot hours later funding the chicken uncooked and pot was cold.The red light was on but no heat. Chicken was found uncooked. What a disappointment for such a pretty pot. Come Laura Ashley for the price you charge for your slow cookers at least give us quality products.
