Laura Mercier Eye Basics - Linen

This product is fabulous. But my color is discontinued- and the two colors that it are available don’t work for me. I used this on both upper lids and lower lids / under eye area to cover my purple under eye and inner corner of eye area. I have thin light skin and you can actually see my blue veins through my skin. This product covers - does not move and concealer or eye shadow goes over it nicely. I am on a hunt to replace this product - until they bring the linen color back.

This is a holy grail product, please don’t discontinue! It works for all ages and is the best eye primer of all time. Please listen to your loyal customers.

Have used LM’s eye primer for years. My eyeshadow stays put and looks as though it were applied by a makeup artist. Why why why discontinue this product? I’m sad sad sad.

Very sad I just found this as it’s being discontinued. I’ll be stocking up before they are gone!

This shows up under my eye makeup and isnt anywhere as good as the Linen shade that was discontinued. It does keep my makeup in place for 14+ hours without a touchup but the color is a dealbreaker

Purchased this blue concealer. Tried using it and it is very thick consistency and won’t spread as a concealer should. The company won’t allow me to return it yet their website states they stand by their products and offer a 30 day even if it slightly used. I tried using one.

all day wear. do not need makeup. if i use makeup it last all day

I’ve used eye basics for many many years. It looks like it is being discontinued. I’ve tried to find something similar but to no luck. Wish they would keep this product !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used no longer available lighter shades (linen & flax) but those shades no longter available. This is same formula but shade just too dark for me. Sad.

why oh why did you decide to disconntinue the lighter shades that worked so much better with my complexion? This buff color just reinforces the dark areas on my eyelids. I so loved the linen shade & coudl just wear it alone, something impssible with the buff. So dissapointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been buying the Eye Basics Primer in Flax for YEARS and it's one of my all-time favorite products. The website indicated that the Flax shade was unavailable so I asked to be notified by email when it was in stock. I did receive that long-awaited email, but after I placed my order, I realized it was for "Buff" and not "Flax." I quickly tried to change my order, but wasn't able to. I am trying to like the Buff color, but it's just not for me. It's too pinkish. Hopefully Flax will be available soon and I'll place another order! I can't imagine putting on eye makeup without this primer. It is the best!
