This is the second time I've purchased this product online. I was sent the wrong product TWICE! We went to Target to return in store and they were making it difficult for us stating that this online purchase was distributed through their vendor; they almost wouldn't except our return. I've decided to purchase the product again online and again I was received the wrong item! I don't understand what was wrong because I clearly chose the Illuminating not the hydrating primer. I've really wanted to try the product but now I'm afraid to return and repurchase again. I've sent an email to the vendor and have yet to receive a reply. I'm very disappointed and may have to return again.
