This resistance cable kit pro comes with 10 resistance cables - one 10-lbs. cable, one 20-lbs. cable, one 30-lbs. cable, one 40-lbs. cable, one 50-lbs, one 60-lbs. cable, one 70-lbs. cable, one 80-lbs cable, one 90-lbs cable and one 100-lbs. cable for creating a variety of total resistance levels that can be used. Also, a pair of ergonomically designed triple grip handles is included, which allows you to connect up to three different plugged cables at once. As a result, you can use one, two or three of the cables at the same time, dramatically changing the resistance level for each exercise. The kit comes with 2 door anchors that are ideal for mounting Lifeline interchangeable cables. It locks in t a fixed point to anchor your cables. With two door anchors rather than one, diversify your repertoire of cable movements and ensure your safety in the process. Fantastic results!
I ordered the complete set of 10 that replace the set I ordered about 18 years ago. Only 2 cables broke in that time span, the other 8 were still mostly sound but stretched out somewhat. Been using them once a week steady, rotating 3 sets of 9-10 exercises following shoulder surgery in 2006. They have helped me avoid shoulder replacement and neutralize osteoarthritis. At 65 yrs I am able to perform any task with issues. The cables are more effective than weight training, along with other disciplines.

Best of the Best of the Best
From Bobby Hinds and the Boxers Best Friend, the Jump Rope, to bungee cord and the Lifeline Gym. The only comparison to any of the other resistance cords on the market today are poor comparisons. They simply do not measure up. Not even close.

Excellent indoor training system
I've combined this with a few other Lifeline products (jump trainer, power wheel, suspension trainer) to create a full indoor conditioning system. I'm a condo dweller, and the current situation prevents me from conditioning at work. I can accomplish pretty much everything with this (and the other pieces).

The ULTIMATE kit
This kit really has everything you need for your resistance workouts. There is a whole variety of different weight levels to choose from. I love the pocket design on the handles so you can easily switch. It also comes with a door anchor if you'd like to do the workout that way. Love the carry bag to keep everything organized and together. Great set from Lifeline. Love their products.

Hard to RESIST!
My husband bought me this set and I use it every single day. I hate carrying around heavy dumbbells that could crush my foot if dropped. There are so many variations of exercises that I do with these and it's super easy to switch out the bands to increase or decrease weight. Handles even swivel very easy which is an added bonus. Love this set!
