Description
This resistance cable kit comes with 3 resistance cables - one 10 lbs. cable, one 20-lbs. cable and one 30-lbs. cable for creating up to 60 lbs. of total resistance. Also, a pair of ergonomically designed triple grip handles is included, which allows you to connect up to three different plugged cables at once. As a result, you can use one, two or three of the cables at the same time, dramatically changing the resistance level for each exercise. The kit comes with a heavy-duty door attachment-a nylon webbing "plug" that's designed to be closed into a door, where it anchors the cables for a variety of exercises. And, you can take everything with you for on-the-go workouts with the convenient carry bag.

Quality product that lasts
I'm a fitness trainer and have been recommending these bands to clients for 12 years. I have had no complaints from them. I still have my own original set bands and they are still as serviceable as when I purchased them.

Lacking
The cables themselves are fine, but if you're interested in the doorstop, think carefully. The doorstop needs the door to open away from you and lock. It's also best if it has 3 hinges. None of this was clear and I don't have any doors that meet those requirements (it's an apartment- not a lot of doors). The instructions for putting the cords together are clear enough, but there are no workouts included. For the price, they could have at least included a few of those.

Nice kit!
This kit is easy to use and easy to store in the bag when you finish. I use the green band to warm up and then add the others to get after it. I wish I bought one of the other kits with higher resistance for squats but that's my fault.

A portable gym in a bag
This kit is perfect for someone like me that travels a lot for work, and doesn't always have the time to hit the hotel gym or go at home. Because it's so light and portable with the drawstring bag, I can easily throw it into my bag, and it won't take up space when flying. I may consider one of the other kits in the future for the additional levels or resistance and handles, but this is so awesome for the time being.
