Q: I bought two pillows, same description and item number. One if firmer than the other. Only difference I can see is one says Q1/24 and the other Q4/23. What's does that mean?

A: The Q is what quarter they were made in during the year and the 23/24 is the respective year they were made in. So it’s quite possible that they are slightly different composition.

I had high hopes due to all the positive reviews when I purchased 2 of the king sized pillows. Unfortunately after 3 weeks of using them they started to fall flat once we would lay our heads down on them. I wouldn’t have expected this from $30 pillows, it was very disappointing. I will say, target made the return process simple and hassle free. I do not recommend, do not spend more than $10 on these.

I bought this hoping to find a hypo allergenic pillow that was an alternative to down. It rocked my nose so bad that I thought I had a cold. So I read that I should wash it to strip the chemicals from the fill. Did it and still suffered from allergies. I gave it to my husband and then the pillow had the same affect on him. Just a note. This pillow gave me so many breathing complications. At one point it felt like I had swallowed pet hair and like my throat was covered with itchy wool. Wouldn't recommend this pillow to anyone.

My husband and I have tried many brands and pillows. We love not-so firm, not so high pillows. This pillow is the perfect, right amount of everything! Its soft, plushy, not too plushy, not too high and the ultimate comfort. We bought 4 total for our king bed. We have had them for about 2 months and they are holding up perfectly well. I highlighy reccomend if you like softer, almost hotel/ cruise ship feels for pillows.
