    Fused Top and Bottom

    I have literally used it once a day for 10 days. Loved it until today when it became stuck. The two parts will not disengage and I am watching my smoothie melt.

    Plastic pieces broke 2nd time I used it

    I bought this product several years ago and never used it. Finally got around to using it and it broke the second time I used it! The plastic parts under the blade on the bottom of the screw on blade part broke off while it was in process of blending. I am going to buy a new part to replace the one that broke. I hope it isn't defective (cheap) like the first one.

    Get a better quality brand

    Quit working regularly. The product is cheaply made. I got one as a gift and ended up needing to get a replacement because it stopped working but I already had the cups so I got a second. That one also quit working fairly quickly at which point a family member gave me theirs that they never used and it also failed quickly. Size is great but the plastic on the part that spins the blade wears quickly and the motor starts to burn out and smell. I would not recommend this at all. 3 bad fails all the same way is a poor sign.

    Bad at blending.

    This does not blend well. At all. It misses so many chunks and I constantly have to beat the thing around. Also smells DISGUSTING while blending. I thought it was going to explode on me a few times because of the burning plastic smell.
